  I had a dinner to go to and didn't have time to wait in line for the place I usually go to. Since I was in a rush I decided to pick the first available hair cutter. Sue was the one who cut me. She asked what I wanted and I said my head bald and my beard trimmed. She started with the beard and and used a trimmer which was fine. She then asked where I wanted the neckline I told her to keep it where it was and she proceeded to use a trimmer she later claimed was "new" and decided to attack my neck. I told her it hurt and she continued until she was done. Immediately after but apparently not during she noticed that she had done quite a bit of damage to my neck and her first response was to blame me and claim "you're so sensitive". No I've had many haircuts and beard trims and no one has every cut me that bad. She put some moisturizer on and tried to get a different trimmer but I said forget it, I'll take care of the beard at home. She proceeded to simply use the trimmer on my head and then claim she was done. That is not bald but I was afraid of what would happen to my head if she tried to actually cut it. I was paying for mine and my brothers haircut and she said it was $40. She was charging me full price for slaughtering my neck and not even completing a simple haircut. I didn't say anything at the time because I needed to fix her mess quick. Terrible haircutter and even worse customer service.

  If you have a beard then avoid sport clips.
  During my last visit I was charged $14 just to trim my beard.
  $7 per 5 minutes they told me.
  That's ridiculous!
  I had no idea this rate was their "new" policy.
  Lots of turnover. Lots of new faces.
  Your hair cut quality simply depends upon who you get.

  Did not have to wait long and the employees there are very pleasant. And she cut my hair exactly the way I wanted it.

  Worst "hair cut place" ever. Ince you get there they want to getbyour drivers license.I wonder why. If you refuse they cannot cut your hair. After a arguement with the front girl i asked to get a skin cut or aka fade. The girl used scissors and no razor. I asked her why and she actually said cutting close there and the use of disposable razors is illegal. Only this place in the world does not because they are hair hacks and this was the answer for lack of skill. Just a bunch of young girls with no experience. What a joke.

  Overall a great experience. I had A woman named Shannon cut my hair and she did an absolutely wonderful job, I plan on coming back just for her. Thank you Shannon for styling my hair just the way I wanted and getting me on my way! :)

  In the past Sports Clips has been somewhat convenient when my regular barber has been too busy. However this past weekend my two year old son and I went in for a trim. The service was actually quick considering the amount of people that were inside. The lady cutting my sons hair was very nice and kept him occupied but this is where things ended. I was offered a chair two booths down so that I could get my cut at the same time. My hair cut was quickly performed and with the product she put in my hair I could not tell it was uneven in some parts. I almost the whole was given a sales pitch for product not only for myself but for my daughter at home to help prevent head lice. My sons hair was butchered and I will post a picture to show the result, his neckline was trimmed super high! I will not be returning to Sports Clips.
