Everything is made well, but the service is really slow. I put my order in and have time to got to the bank and come back just in time for my order. I thought about doing a utube video just to show how accurate my statement is

Walked early this morning and was greeted very quickly and without knowing what I wanted to eat. The teller was very pleasant in helping me figure out what I wanted and which bagel to choose with my meal.
Always a great selection of fresh made coffee with a neat map that shows where the coffee grounds came from.
Nothing like an Einstein bagel and coffee to get your morning going.response / report this review -

Today was my first and last time visiting and patronizing this location. I was served by the manager who was not a good host. Nothing irks me more than visiting a food establishment where half the staff looks like they absolutely hate their job. I asked for an egg and cheddar bagel with mushroom added and instead was given what looked like day old egg whites with a little bit of yolk in the middle and grilled mushrooms mashed on top of it instead of scrambled with in it which is what I'm used to getting at an Einstein's. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed. To pay $5 for a sandwich that I could have gotten off of the dollar menu at any fast food restaurant at breakfast. I did not ask for an egg white sandwich so I did not appreciate getting one. The girl who handed me my sandwich looked like she was about to kill somebody by the how angry she was. And this was all after waiting at least 6 minutes for someone to come to the register and take my order in the first place. I have been a fan of Einstein's for years and this will be the last time I would ever go to this location. I would have walked back in and made them remake it or give me back my money but I was rushing to get back to work, and clearly could tell that it would be a waste of my time because of the management.

This is definitely the best Einstein Bros location in Atlanta! Everyone there is super friendly and they are quick to get you in and out of there (I usually get food to-go.) Wish I could say the same for the other locations I've been to that frequently get my order wrong and act like they hate their job and are not friendly at all. Keep up the good work Hammond Dr. Einstein Bros!

Good as always! Love their everything bagels with honey almond spread. I always get their hazelnut coffee with honey. Yummy!

Love this location. Has some of the best bagels in Atlanta. The staff is great and you always feel welcome. Yes, sometimes it gets busy but this group does a great job. If you have a great attitude and they have a great attitude it's a win win situation.

EVERYONE that we encountered at this location were absolutely the friendliest customer service employees I have ever spoken with. Management should be aware of this awesome team. The order clerk, the cashier and the server were all top notch. And the food was perfect as well. Great experience.

Great, personable service and delicious bagels / bagel sandwiches. The orders come well prepped and really quick. This is a popular location for pre work business breakfast. They really know how to keep the line moving, and there is plenty of parking.

ordered toasted bagel, as I'm leaving I take a bite and realize it's not toasted. So I ask for a toasted bagel, I stood there and watched the guy first claim to the lady that he did toast it (lie), and then he just transfers the toppings from the un-toasted to a now, toasted bagel would have thought a new bagel would be made from scratch with new toppings let me explain why this is wrong and disgusting the same hands that touched the ingredients that were partially in my mouth, now moving those same ingredients, those hands will touch the next person's bagel, and the next and who know's what they touched before my bagel was made. GROSS!!! DISGUSTING!!!

After 4 times in a row of getting my order wrong. I have decided to not give my money to this establishment any longer. They seriously need some Quality Assurance. Very inconsistent.
