Had a great experience with the guys at Edison. It's nice to have flexibility in design of my table. The gentleman was cutting wood and staining samples on the fly while I was there so I could see color options just because he wanted to be helpful. Gotta love being made in the USA right there in Mt. Gilead, using real wood. Can't wait for my table to get here! Note to the guy who complained about his felt. There are two grades of felt, one is more notorious for shedding, so if you play a lot, choose the professional grade felt brand.

Did a great job delivering pool table and works nice except for the balls that come with the pool table scuff up the cloth. Aside from that, immediately when I received the table and the guys left I noticed that there was a pool stick missing as well a piece missing to make the bridge a working piece. I called and asked if they could ship me and the guy said no problem. 7-8 weeks later and nothing has shipped, have called them 3-4 times within the past week and left notes with people to give me a call back when the pool guys are there and no call back. Unbelievably poor customer service for spending close to 3k on there pool table in a small town. Until this changes they are a poor company, I regret my decision to buy from them, and I will not change my 1 Star.
