We called Paul's Exterminating because bees were getting into our house, and both me and my daughter were stung. There also was a huge wasp nest on the side of the house that needed to be removed. We live in the country, so we fully expected to be enrolled on some type of program or at least have the exterior of the house treated to alleviate both problems.

A gentleman from the company came out to our house at 7:45 am only to tell us that he would not be able to do anything about the bees until the afternoon. He sprayed the wasp nest and left a big mess on the roof. Half the nest was still hanging off the house when he left.

The gentleman returned later in the afternoon to again assess the bee situation. They were swarming around the chimney. He proceeded to tell us that he did not carry a ladder and would not be able to do anything about the bees. In addition, he did nothing to remove the multiple smaller wasp nests we told him about on the side and front of the house.

The gentleman was rude to my husband and truly did not care one bit about our situation or that we were his customer. He did as little as possible and left.

I would never recommend this company to anyone for pest control. To be fair, this gentleman was not the owner of the company. That said, it is clear that Paul's Exterminating does not care about nor value their customers. Do yourself a favor and do what we did, call someone else.

Horrible horrible service from jim. I asked him beforehand what i needed to do to prep my house for treatment. He said just to remove my bedding. I did that and went to work while he treated. He charged $400 and didnt move anything away from the walls at all. MAYBE half of my house had been sprayed. i called and complained and he left me a voicemail calling me crazy and "insane" and insulted me and said it is not his job to move 100 kids toys away from the walls (all of which were inside the toy box). VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and would not recommend to anyone.

Furthermore, i had to move and get rid of everything i own because 3 days after treatment and again a week after treatment we found multiple grown bugs (not freshly hatched ones, ones his "treatment" had missed)

Jim and his son were able to come out the very same week and treat our home. They were quick, careful, friendly, and professional. We are bug free and very happy!
