We had such a great experience at RCD! Noah Bolen was so helpful, and from the minute we met him, it was like we had known him forever, we felt like he was our new best friend. Also, Matt who gave us our 'camper training', was fantastic. All of the employees we met there from beginning to end were top notch. They made us feel like part of their family, and truly cared about us and what we wanted. I would tell anyone to go here, as you will be treated with thoughtfulness and respect that you deserve as a customer. Thanks RDC! Todd & Marcy. :)

Most highly recommended. We would give it 10 stars if we could. They were sympathetic that we needed a camper to live in while we fixed hurricane damage in Florida. They went out of their way to be helpful and give us a good bargain on a wonderful camper. Very very happy campers.

Almost bought a camper here but a warranty situation forced me to a Forest River dealer. However, their sales people were not pushy, they were knowledgable, and their supplies store is rather well stocked. If you camp nearby they also will deliver and do road calls. My next camper will be from here.

I just went in with my toddler son to look around before bringing my husband in. The customer service was great! Ben was knowledgeable and very respectful that we were just looking and researching. He wasn't a pushy salesman, he was patient/understanding with me having my toddler son (who requires a lot of attention and had lots of opinions), and he even gave us the history of RCD! Prices and financing may be a different story but I can't comment on that because we haven't been that far yet. Customer service/experience was on point. Highly recommend!

Brian Horn was our sales rep, and he was amazing! He was so helpful through the whole process! He has contacted us several times since our purchase just to see how we are enjoying our new fifth wheel, and if there is anything else he can do for us! Tim the sales manager was wonderful as well! Shane and Herb were super helpful while doing the walk through of our new coach! We will definitely return to RCD when it is time for our next coach! :)

As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted with a friendly staff. Brought in my camper for warranty issue and even though I didn't buy that particular camper from them I had no issues getting service. Matt in service explained everything to us. The Techs even took the time to show and explain how the hydraulics worked. Completely satisfied with the work done on camper. If you ever need service I highly recommend RCD 's Matt and crew! A few months later we started looking for a full time rig and RCD met our best price on a new camper. Ben McClure was our salesman and he went out of his way to accommodate us. Parts department staff are helpful and friendly. If you are looking for good service, parts and sales RCD is the place in Sunbury.

The sales floor was very helpful in showing us many Class A motorhomes to our liking. They were having a great sale and explained the features of one versus the other. Brent was our Salesman he was very knowledgeable. We even got free hotdogs and a beverage.

Visited RCD Sales while looking for a new motor coach. We were interested in a used Tiffin Phaeton that they had on their lot. Overall we were impressed with our salesman, Jeff Roelle, and RCD however the Phaeton did not meet our expectations.
As for RCD and their salesman. They have a large number of various classes of trailers, 5th wheels, and motor homes for you to choose from. They seem to be fair, friendly, and ready to help. The salesman went above and beyond and did not try any high pressure sales methods to convince us to buy. Even though we didn't buy the Phaeton we would definitely visit RCD for our next motor coach.response / report this review -

We purchased our "Cougar" RV in Oct. 2016. Since the purchase there has been multiple things wrong. Its NEVER a quick fix. They won't fix even under warranty items until they get written approval which from our experience has taken weeks. Last time in it took them 5 weeks and we STILL have to take our RV back because they didn't repair everything correctly. Now our furnace isn't working and we have to wait 2 weeks to get in then another week or two to see if Keystone will warranty the repair EVEN tho it is UNDER warranty! Very unhappy folks here!
