This a a great small venue. The staff was friendly and quick. We went to see a show there. The patio was open for drinks while we waited for the show to start. The atmosphere is conducive to conversation and the bartenders were attentive and fast.

After the show started the wait staff handled the crowd well and made sure we had drinks when we needed them. I was impressed and will definitely be back.

First time there, the artist were fantastic, the place was way to crowded, the information said doors open at 7:45pm, show at 8, we waited to get there at 7:45 and the place was packed, thank goodness we reserved a table because I don't now where we would have sat, you could hardly move even with a table, you had to squeeze through every where you went, show and artist was great, not impressed with the seating.

Great venue that attracts some excellent performers. The acoustics of the listening room are phenomenal. The emphasis is on creating an environment for listening to music, rather than just being a bar where musicians play in the background.

Eddie's Attic is one of the best venues in the Atlanta area period. Everything about it is top notch. The bar and wait staff are great and the sound production is always perfect.

I have been visiting Eddie's Attic since it opened and have always enjoyed the venue and "listening" atmosphere. Last night I went to see one of my favorite song writers after not being at the venue for about a year and I have to say it was the worst experience I've ever had at Eddie's. I think it's time for the venue to re-think seating. In the past I've been able to get a table and even with one, it's very uncomfortable - the chairs aren't comfortable and the tables are practically stacked on top of each other. - I'm surprised the fire department approves. Without a table, you either need to be first in line for entry to get a coveted bar spot (very few as some are usually reserved for VIPs) or you get the dreaded "bleachers". My wife just had back surgery 6 weeks ago and we ended up in the front row of the bleachers where we were stepped on repeatedly by the wait staff throughout the show as they tried to get through the crowd. We were hoping to enjoy some food before the show, but with no place to put food or drinks in the bleacher area, that's impractical. People step all over each other to get in/out and the seating is just downright uncomfortable - I left with nerve pain from a flared up back. The venue's decision to add too many tables and provide ridiculously limited general admission seating is a big disappointment and will make me re-think future visits. Why not just move to 100% reserved seating so that people know for sure where they will be? I appreciate the need for tables as I imagine the food and beverage sales make this place possible, but I'd rather pay more for fewer tables than be so crammed and uncomfortable while trying to enjoy the show. It's time for an update - get rid of the bleachers and find a different solution to the overall setup to make it more enjoyable for patrons and easier (and less disruptive) for the wait staff to do their jobs without the distraction to guests.

Great venue! Although it's very crowded, it's still worth going. My only suggestion would be to have a better area or set up for the meet and greet. It's impossible to move. And once you get through the line, you're stuck, unless you go through the outside bar area. Also, not handicap friendly. But again, I have been a couple of times, and enjoyed it thoroughly.

Great small venue for live music. Get some friends and a table. The food & drinks are great. Music lovers only, you want to talk go outside on their patio. Yes, they're pretty serious about it. But, that's what makes this place unique.

The best! Small intimate room. Great food and drinks. Service during the show. Table seating for 4 can be a little tight. One of the most, if not the most, intimate venues I've been to. Perfect singer/songwriter space

Great listening room. The venue brings in many local and nationally know acts. Not a bad seat in the house. After the show stick around get your picture taken with the performer and a chat too. Food and drinks are good too!

Really like the live music here, it's on of the few places in Atlanta where you can watch a band in a quiet, intimate atmosphere. If you've ever been to the bluebird in Nashville, Eddie's Attic is alot like it, but you can actually get in!

Pros:

Great atmosphere for those who truly love music, reasonable prices.

Cons:

It's quiet, meaning you won't be able to talk much to your friends.
The servers are sometimes hard to track down.

Suggestions:

Servers were so hard to flag down that I actually drank less beer because of it. Consider making drinks easier to come by, maybe a pay/oz tap at the table or a designated waiter or two for drinks constantly circling the tables.

Quite an enchanting venue for music. As a first timer, it was a little confusing to figure out best place to sit. But once the music started, there was not a bad seat in the house! Very intimate venue with the ability to meet and greet the artist after their performance. Beer and wine pricey but good selection. Limited but good food in music venue. Outside on patio, food was a better selection and great quality. Great place to see and meet up and coming artist!
