Stopped here with my Dad. He has always said great things about this place. Food was great, sercice was amazing. We will be back.

Great possibilities. But the service is going downhill fast. A little cleaner than Renos West, but only marginally. There are a couple good servers, but many have attitudes the second you walk in. A little presence by management is needed to make this once great place into the best sports bar on the west side.

A good place to catch a drink and food. I am giving Frank's a 4 star rating only because the menu is huge, roughly 4 pages of food items. I really do like the pizzas, made fresh​, taste very good.

Frank's Press Box has great drinks and outstanding food. I highly recommend the nachos. Service is iffy depending on your waitress. We've had really great service and very poor service. Sports bar atmosphere. Good place for groups and happy hour.

Food is good, my waitress was good. But some of the other girls seem to have a problem, I don't have a stick & two balls between my legs. Snubed me. Good place to watch a game or games. Again, food was good.

Awful service. We had a group of 7, sat down, and no one came to take our order nor greeted us. Waited 15 minutes, still nothing. A group of about 8-9 came to sit down after 15 minutes and were greeted right away and given water. The waitress then asked if we've been helped (after serving the table after us), and proceeds to say, "I'll have someone come help you guys". After another 15 minutes, we decided to leave. First and last time there. Never coming there again!

We went to lunch. Saw the sign that advertised half off burgers. The bill came and the burgers were not half off yes we added onion rings, but a ten dollar burger does not add up to $8.95 at half off. When I questioned our waitress, Tiffany, she said she would get a manager to talk to me. Then came back and said no manager was there today. She offered to pay the extra $1.50 for the onion rings, but that wasn't what I was questioning. I told her to just forget it and gave her my credit card. She yelled at me "why are you being so rude" which I didn't think questioning a $53.00 lunch bill was being rude. She came back with my cousin to sign and my credit card and literally threw it on the table at me!! SERIOUSLY!! Totally ride and unprofessional. Would not recommend this establishment to anyone, until they get rid of rude staff or train them in customer service!

1/2 off burgers were not 1/2 off. When we asked our server Tiffany about it she was not only rude but threw the credit card at my mother. Very unprofessional. Very rude! And apparently no manager to talk to. Food and beer were good. She lost out on a $15 tip and we will never be back.

This place is terrible. Overpriced food, waitresses are slow and inattentive. The breadsticks are literally a loaf of bread that's cut inton breadstick shape, but there is no flavor or butter or anything.
Our waitress didn't bring our ranch or one of our beers until we were done eating.
This is not a family friendly environment. The customers stared at us as we walked in with a 4-year-old.
Also, I got over charged during their half-off pizza night. They wrote the correct discount on the reciept, but when it went through on my bank account it was for the full price. When I went back with my reciept, the waitress acted like I was a liar who was trying to pull some kind of con. She took my name and number and said a manager would call me. Three weeks later, I called for a manager and the manager said I would have to call the owners. Calling the owners in the morning and if they can resolve the issue I will edit my review.

Friend of mine that lives just down the street invited me here for drinks and appetizers because she said this place was "very low key". Place was jam-packed extremely noisy. The appetizers were really good and the service was excellent to the point that I almost felt a little bit bugged but honestly I'd rather have the waitress coming around more then not and having to get up and go find someone so I guess that's not really a bad thing! All in all the place was very clean and I would you go again. If you like mushrooms try the breaded portabella mushrooms on the appetizer menu, they were awesome!

The bartender was very unprofessional. She spent more time talking with her friends who came to visit than taking care of her customers. She had an attitude and rarely(twice in 2.5 hours) followed up to ensure our needs were met. We were offered a drink 15 minutes AFTER we had finished them (our only one). We should not have to compete with personal friends to be serviced. Whoever you are that worked tonight on 4/13/2017, you are the worst bartender I have encountered and have no business in the service industry. The food was fantastic luckily but she would never know because we were never asked. Frank's Press Box, you need to do better.

Food is good, service needs improvement. If your a local they wait on you often and immediately. I have been there maybe 7-8 times including tonight. 2 bar tender walked past me numerous times NEVER once asking if I needed a refill on my drink or a menu. I was going to order food but apparently they did not want to sell any. I tried to flag both down and spoke towards both, they kept walking.

Usually pretty good. Tonight the waitress took our initial drink order then apparently her shift ended and she left the building w/o any notice to our table. Our drinks sat at the bar for almost 25 minutes before we could flag down another waitress to inquire about our order. Unacceptable seeing that maybe 1/4 of the tables were being used at the time. Waitress chaos.
