My home recently incurred some water damage in our second story bathroom causing flood damage to the surrounding area in both the second and first story of the house, after which Ivan responded to our initial call during the early morning hours and came out ASAP to perform an initial inspection and assessment followed by a week’s worth of demolition and water mitigation work with his team to address the impacted area.

Ivan and the team at ECO were professional from beginning to end, providing clear instruction and explanation of how his business processes would work, what areas of my home his team would be working on, and what all would be done over the course of the time his team would be working. Everything was finished on time and the work completed was as expected and above board, all bookended by a painless direct-to-insurance final billing experience.

I highly recommend Ivan and the rest of the team at ECO for any work related to flooding, water mitigation, mold removal, etc.

Ivan and his team are AMAZING. He showed up shortly after calling him with our emergency, they clearly explain everything and isn’t pushy. They started drying our home right away, neatly covered everything and kept everything clean during the entire process. Very professional, punctual, and informative. They also took our rugs and chairs to get them cleaned and bought them back in a timely manner. Handled all the insurance claim filing on their end which made the process hassle-free, we always felt like they genuinely cared about our home just as much as us. Ivan was always just a text away with any questions during the entire process as well. He even gave great recommendations as we needed repairs after his work was done and was on it by telling us who we could contact. Very happy we found him and his team, water damage is very stressful but not when you have Ivan. Eco water restorations is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Returned from a trip to discover extensive flooding of the ground level floor of our house due to a plumbing failure. I found this company online and Ivan responded immediately saying, I can help you with that. Although we live on Bainbridge island he was out to our house in about 90 minutes to begin water removal and mitigation, and to advise us on the next steps. Communication with Ivan and Zeke was great throughout the process. Highly professional and highly recommended!
