Attempted to contact for a quote. Phone call was hard to understand and when attempting to take a moment of time to get the information as requested. Caller cursed and hung up the call.

First off they were two hours late getting to my place. They broke the elevator and wouldn’t wait for it to be fixed witch took all of 15 mins. The job was supposed to be an 8 hr job minimum. I was at the new place and I was told they only had one room left to do. When I went back it looked like only one room was done and half of another. One of the workers dropped my box and kicked it in the house! Those were my mugs all broken. Because of my job I move a lot and this was by far the worst Experience I’ve had with a moving company. They only did half of the job for the full price which was a pretty hefty sum. I thought this company would be amazing because of the reviews. Lesson learned and then I had to rent a U-haul which I should’ve done in the first place. When I called to complain they were absolutely no help.

Miguel, Jose , Pedro and Stanley was extraordinary in doing what they do best. So quick and efficient. I recommend using this company to anyone. They moved a two bedroom in a couple of hours.
