Daniel was absolutely a joy to work with! Very professional, personable and knowledgeable! I learned quite a bit from him as well. He inspected the unit inside and out, diagnosed the problem within 10 mins. He thoroughly explained what the problem was. Within 20-30 mins the problem was fixed and we had A/C!
I also took advantage of their maintenance program. I feel so much better knowing that the company will be keeping up with that!
I also want to recognize Mike. He is the first person I talked to when I called, exceptional customer service on his end.

05/27/23 Do not recommend at all! Stefan came out and of course told me I needed a new compressor or basically replace the whole system. This would cost 5-10grand. I called someone else. They came out took a look, and within 20 min had my AC working again for under $1000. What a joke of a company.

06/01/23 After this experience, the owner of the company, Drew, called and apologized for my negative experience. He listened intently to my concerns and genuinely was willing to make the situation right. He also offered a refund of the diagnostic fee. I appreciate his professionalism and effort to hear my side, which is rare with businesses nowadays. For that, I give an additional star.

There is a reason why this is business is 5/5. Drew took the time to do a load calc on my home. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and straightforward. I never felt like he was in a rush trying to sell me something. Overall this was a positive experience. You cannot go wrong hiring Mr. Reliable.

After gathering quotes from several HVAC companies, I ended up selecting Mr. Reliable Heating and Air, mainly due sincerity and good communication I received from the owner. Long story short, I had a 3 ton and a 2 ton unit installed and I'm extremely impressed with their work! A new installation is definitely a big expense for any homeowner, but I would encourage you to consider giving them the opportunity above all other competition - I'm fully confident you will be very pleased with your investment! These guys went above and beyond to far exceed my expectations. You'll notice my return vent shown in one of the pictures provided on this review that wasnt even listed on the scope of work, yet they included it for free since the existing return was restricting air flow. Well done guys!
