  Gentleman who picks up trash is outstanding. The person who picks up recycled is ok, if something falls out of the trash can while being deposited in the truck, it is not picked up. Much recycled stuff on roads. The gentleman who picked up trash and retired was outstanding, replacement not so much.
  
  Rising WM costs is out of control.

  Good service this year, last year they just didn't show up multiple times with no refund (entire street). Now charging more than is posted on our township website. Contacted three times, no resolve!!!

  We were very happy with both our service, pricing and options of container or tag a bag service for smaller family's with WM. The best part was Joe our WM driver!!!! We will miss you Joe :) We will be sad not to have WM anymore due to West Hanover townships low ball bid to take us in another direction. Now a single person who throws away one small kitchen bag a week will now be forced to pay the full price thanks to the township's decision :(

  I may be bias living on a private road, but my biggest disappointment is having my bill almost tripled in just 5 years of living here, but with no additional services or benefits provided along with the price hike. I also question whether recyclables are being properly sorted and actually recycled. If there's a contamination problem then providing more education on how and what to recycle and what conditions are required should be prioritized. The employees picking up trash seem friendly enough. When I've called to complain I was told I would be given credits that were never given. When my neighbors called they were all promised different things.

  For trash removal, WM is as good as anyone else. My only gripe is holiday schedule changes. We get our pick-up around 3am so we put bins out the night before and receive a notice change the same day so the bins are either a day late or sit the for two days or even a week sometimes (that’s rare though). Other than that I would recommend them. They have even replaced damaged bins without me having to ask. Although I initially thought some stole my bin. Lol
