Heaven has nothing on this Resort. I was there for a company Christmas Party December 12-14. All we spoke about were the beds. They were magnificent! 400 Sales Professionals from around the country can't be wrong. My favorite was when my room attendant Sandra prepped my makeup kits in the bathroom. That was sweet and unexpected. She put little towels under them and organized them for me (see pic below). Thank you Sandra I really appreciate your service! :)

Always love coming to this resort for pure relaxation; service is top notch, food is delicious, but most of all, the staff working here make the trip worthwhile. The relaxing pool is a great way to unwind, the gym is so spacious, the beach view is gorgeous. The family pool is great for kids. If you had a wedding here it would be breathtaking!

This hotel is home away from home when we're in Florida! The service is amazing and I highly recommend splurging on the club level, between Phillip, Jason, Myrna and the whole crew you will feel so cared for and comfy you'll never want to leave! Also the spa is not to be missed. I 💗 this hotel!

Fun vacation place even on a work trip, food was pretty consistent but the room we're absolutely lovely. Only negitive is that it's built way too close to the water, the beach was only like 10 ft. Deep.

If I could give this hotel six stars, I would. The service was exceptional. The spa is top notch. The food and drinks were excellent. The rooms were quirky and luxurious.

EAU is one of a kind! The rooms are as beautiful and as clean as they come. The staff members are nothing short of absolutely amazing people. The food, no matter where you order it from at the resort, is TO DIE FOR! The pool serves free champagne all day long. I recommend a drink in a coconut (ask the bar.. they'll know what you mean). The valet service is great! As you can tell I had a one of a kind experience and I'm coming back as soon as I get a chance!

I was there for a conference and I encountered numerous issues. I had to be moved to a different room due to a leaking A/C that soaked the carpet. When the manager came in to put a towel on the carpet, the towel turned black because the carpet was so dirty. When we moved to another room, the A/C nor the iron worked properly. I was given a $200 credit towards another two-night stay. I returned with my family and still had issues. When I requested a beach bag from the cleaning lady, she gave me an old one that smelled like urine. The attendant by the beach ran my daughters down as they were walking back to the room and accused me of not paying, but I was at the bar paying for the meal. I was asked in a suspicious manner by the host if I was staying at the resort, but he did not ask the other guests that question. I hope my annual conference is not held at this resort next summer.

I'm a mobile notary and performed a wedding art on the back patio overlooking the ocean. The hotel and the grounds were beautiful and impeccably kept. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

With a classic and classy feel, the Eau is a return to the superior service and accommodations of yesteryear without being pretentious. A great, albeit a little cramped, pool area, good bars, and see great restaurants make this a truly wonderful experience. That with a friendly staff makes for an exceptional experience here.

Was just there for the SpaTech event and the property is a solid 5 star all away around. This property is actually the Ritz-Carlton once a few years back and as much as I am a RC fan Eau did a great job on the necessary changes to make it their own. The Spa is absolutely gorgeous and has all the amenities you would expect from a full service luxury spa. I am the owner of Luxury Spa Consulting, LLC and know quite a bit on this subject. Just for any of those unfamiliar with Florida, the location is on a beach which has the most clear and blue water anywhere on the east coast. I lived in Florida for 40 years and have been fishing and diving all my life and this is the spot where the gulf stream is the closest to the mainland resulting in crystal clear water and small reef system just a few 100 feet off of the beach. This property is a must if you want a getaway from traffic and the daily grind. I live on South Beach now and although it has lots to offer I would choose the Eau every-time. Food excellent, Customer Service perfect and rooms beautiful.

The beds and pillows are super comfy. The rooms are quiet and nice. The staff is amazingly attentive and they offer first class service. The ambiance is wonderful, including a fire pit by the pool and live entertainment in the lounge at night. The beach is a stone's throw from the pool.
