The room was very nice. I chose the cheapest room and it did not disappoint. A full size bed with a bathroom, a closet, mini fridge and a small microwave. Can't ask for more.

Great place newely renovated, it was very clean and well kept friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again. All the bad reviews are probably from before the renovations took place. Definitely stay with no worries. Beach walking distance.

The place is cute, affordable, clean, had wi-fi, cable tv, fridge with some cute dishwear and cutlery, and steps from the beach. Any other place I cared to go was a $6 car ride. Staff was helpful, I'd seek to stay here again my next visit

This place is perfect if you are looking for just a clean room to stay in that's close to the beach. It is walking distance from Fort Lauderdale Beach and various restaurants/cafés. The staff was very polite and helpful.

Sea Beach Plaza may not be fancy but it is adequate for a no frills getaway weekend trip, and having good parking for guests is a huge plus.

Room was renovated, all furniture including TV new, fully equiped: fridge, microwave, coffemaker, mini kitchen. Great location 5 min away from the beach and park. For the price it was the best offer.

I was only in this place for one night, so I'm not sure I'll be able to fully appraise the venue, but here goes.

It's really close to the south end of Fort Lauderdale beach. It's tucked just off the main road. These are plus points.

The room was a fair size. I suspect this is because I had a corner room. It even had two doors to the outside word. The uncomfortable bed was at right angles to the TV, which I found a little odd.

Apart from the outside of the fridge door, the room was clean. The bathroom decor had seen better days with paint peeling off the tiles and the plumbing creaking a bit as your turned on the shower.

The lady on reception was lovely. She seemed tickled by my accent, especially when I said 'excellent'. She compared me to James Bond.

I think it was over-priced, but everything else in the area was either similar or more expensive.

BED BUGS!!!! We booked this place for 7 nights for spring break. As we were getting ready for bed we found bed bugs. We had to spend $150 to get a hotel by the airport. We lost about $200 worth of groceries and had to pay over $800 dollars to get a comparable room at another hotel. They claim they offered us another room which was smaller and we had to be out of it the next day. They did not help pay for any Inconvenience. Don't stay at this place. There is black mold and bedbugs in multiple rooms. They have horrible management and staff.
