I loved the Hotel, great and helpful staff. BUT the rooms need a complete overhaul, Beds are very comfortable. Suggestion: Kids need a separate pool area, it was not relaxing with them around!

Four Seasons Palm Beach is one of the most beautiful hotels. Very elegantly decorated foyer with gleaming marble floors and fabulous floral arrangements. The rooms are beautiful and extremely clean. The staff goes above and beyond to assist you with anything you may need.

The hotel is located directly on the beach. Our room had an exquisite ocean view. It is a relatively small property so don’t expect a lot of frenetic activity (like at the Breakers). The staff is friendly and very professional. Highly recommended.

Stunning rooms, incredible service. Staff is astonishingly accommodating and will go above and beyond to further better your experience. Bartender Tommy down by the pool is an absolute doll, all of the beach staff are so kind. This is an awesome spot if you're celebrating something special, because the Four Seasons staff will treat you like absolute royalty. I cannot wait to return.

What an incredible hotel. The staff was very welcoming and genuine. Location was great for private Beach access but other than that nothing with walking distance. Easy drive to West Palm Beach city center. Rooms were smaller expected and upgrades only in you booking rate. For example we booked king garden view and upgraded to king limited view. So getting anything larger is not possible . The SPA is incredible and a must. The pool was not shaded and hot a trip to ocean was required to cool off in July heat. Breakfast food was the highlight and dinner ok.

Four Seasons holds the most kid friendly high end restaurant in the area. Food was excellent and the ocean view and easy access to the beach allowed pleasant conversation despite two rambunctious toddlers in the group. Highly recommended!

This is the nicest hotel we've ever stayed at. The hotel itself is beautiful, serene, comfortable, and clean. The service is excellent. Everyone has been exceptionally friendly and welcoming, without being overbearing. The pool and beach areas are beautiful, well kept, and everything we could have asked for. We've eaten at all three restaurants in the hotel, and all of them were wonderful. Jove in particular was an amazing evening with the best cocktails we've ever had, and the best service we've enjoyed. Shoutout to Jimmy! The location is a bit out of the way, which makes it a bit inconvenient to get to restaurants other than the ones at this resort, but what you lose in proximity you make up for in privacy and luxury.

This is a first class hotel and price accordingly right on the beach with excellent beach service. It has a number of restaurants that I highly recommend for guests to enjoy and some excellent wines. The spa is excellent and the staff is most accommodating and professional. A lovely break from exciting yet noisy South Beach in Miami.

We could not be more satisfied with our experience at the Four Seasons Hotel. From the from checking in and check out the staff and service was impeccable. Friendly professional knowledgeable and helpful. The restaurants were lovely best was breakfast and lunch by the pool. Expensive but this is to be expected and not much more than less establishments. We went with friends and could not have been happier with the entire experience. The Kimpton Hotel restaurant next door has fabulous Sushi after 5 p.m. and there is a good Italian restaurant at the golf course very close by. We will return to the Four Seasons Hotel this summer. Big Bravo Zulu to the executive chef and the cooking staff for all their culinary expertise and hospitality.

Very nice resort, right on the Ocean. Amenities are very nice. The room was extremely well maintained, but a little bit dated. My wife very much enjoyed the room service meal that she ordered. I was only here one night, for a conference - wish that I were able to stay longer.
