  Been in this store maybe 4 times. The customer service is excellent and there service department is excellent also. Cole the service department manager took the time to give me a tour of the dealership. I called Friday about getting my 1994 Harley Davidson timing taking care of. They picked my bike up the same day and called me Saturday afternoon telling me that it was done and delivered it that day around 530. Money well spent and I highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Thanks for your excellent customer service guys.

  Honest and upfront people. No games, no price gouging over MSRP. Prices are all clearly marked on every bike. Laid back, friendly and family owned. The best place to buy in Cincinnati, period.

  Purchased my first Harley from a dealership and was an awesome experience from start to finish. Brian was professional and upfront from the start. Love my new Ultra Classic! Kenny jr was polite and professional with my brother and myself when there was a question over the extremely loud exhaust that my neighbors adore. You have my business from now on. Thanks again.

  The part I ordered was in stock at my local Harley Davidson dealer. Because I had a gift certificate from Eastgate Harley Davidson that could only be used at the Eastgate store, I had to buy the item at Eastgate did not have it in stock. It took 6-days for me to get the item.

  I have yet to be to a harley dealership where you stand at the service desk for over 20 minutes and not one person can acknowledge your presence. I will just keep my business on the Kentucky side. Florence and man o war stores near this place hands down
