I was a first time patient here, and Dr.Jay, Dr. Shilpa and her staff were very friendly and patient. They all take the time to make you feel comfortable and listen to your needs and concerns. Definitely the best (dentist) office I've ever been to.

All paperwork is completed online before your appointment; so you can go directly to your appointment once you check in. Makes timing more efficient. The office is clean and follows covid safety guidelines, which made me feel very comfortable. Especially the Insurance Manager - Maria was so helpful on my insurance benefits and planning for my schedule

Thank you, Dr. Shilpa, Dr.Jay , Maria and all East Bay Detal Staff! The vibe here is exceptional and I really appreciate it.

I have been to East Bay 3 times, and every time it has been a good experience. The doctors are quite good, they explain everything and are very detailed and methodical.

The supporting staff team (especially Swati) are also quite diligent, and have good attention to detail.

It has always been a great experience with Dr. Jinjuwadia.
Whenever I need a deep cleaning, the staff briefs me up and takes insurance approval well in advance and always under my limit. Highly recommend to anyone who is out there looking for a reliable dentist. Saturdays work best for me and they always try and accommodate my request.

This place is awesome, especially for kids. Me and my family totally trust this place for our dentistry needs. They have personal TV's for each patient. My son didn't even notice the dentist took care of his teeth cleaning! While he was always reluctant going to other dentists this place is just right for him. They try and accommodate on Saturdays and that is reason me and my family go there all the way from Santa Clara. The staff usually briefs up with the work to be done well in advance which works well within our insurance limits so we had no out of pocket expenses till now! I highly recommend Dr. Jinjuwadia's dental clinic to anyone who has children and fears dental work.

This place is awesome, especially for kids. They have personal tvs for each patient while they have dental work done. My son didn't even notice the dentist took care of 2 cavities! They even provided us next day service and worked within our insurance limits so we had no out of pocket expenses! I highly recommend this place to anyone who fears the dentist or has children. Their friendly staff is sure to please.
