  We had issues with some hardie/cement boards over our back patio (more an issue with the original builder's lack of quality work). Needless to say, Girard was able to expedite and complete the repairs same day with quality work and professional service. We will be using Emerald again.

  On or about July 11, 2022 we made a quite sizable down payment to Girard Gagliardi of Emerald Roofing & Remodeling, LLC for a covered addition to our back patio. The job was estimated to take roughly 3 weeks per Girard. After nearly 3 months of issues - including his inability to retain subcontractors, multiple failed city inspections and with VERY little work completed, Girard quit.
  
  Girard Gagliardi/Emerald Roofing & Remodeling, LLC has since refused to refund any of our down payment, despite requests via text message and demand letters sent to his home, place of business and email. The letters were sent certified mail, so we know they were received.
  
  I’m short, I would not recommend Emerald Roofing & Remodeling, LLC/Girard Gagliardi for any project, ever.

  Had a very fast response from Girard on estimate and start of work. All the boards on my 16 x 20 back deck had to be replaced. He used composite material so it will last forever. Excellent quality product, installation and employees. I recommend Emerald Roofing & Remodeling, LLC for all your construction needs.

  I had an amazing experience with this company! I called and the owner, Girard, came out the same day. Once I gave them an okay, he had a crew out the next day knocking out separate projects for me ! I definitely recommend them!

  Stay away. Quality is questionable and company is unresponsive. We've filed a complaint with BBB and the investigation is pending.
  
  We had a close to $50k roofing job done by this company and the there has been 3 separate leaks leaks following the job in less than a year! The first two leaks the company was responsive in coming back to fix the repair as it is covered in the 7-year/leak free guarantee labor warranty. After the third leak the Girard (owner) has not returned our calls, text messages, and have been unresponsive.
  
  We just want the roof fixed as covered under the 7 year/leak free warranty and Emerald Roofing & Remodeling is not holding up their end of their contract.
