We are very happy that we decided to go with Bath R Us for our shower remodel. The process was very easy and we are so excited about our amazing shower. Even though we have a 170 year old home with an unusual set up, they made it perfect! While they were in the home, Mike, Kei, and John were so polite and made sure everything was as we ordered. Their work was fantastic. I would definitely recommend Bath R Us for your next project.

My wife and I had a great experience with Bath R Us. We had Doug and Mike come out to do a full bathroom remodel. They took the time necessary to do a complete, clean, and professional job. They communicated each step of the way and made sure each step was done properly before moving to the next step. They had great attention to detail and a true passion for this industry. They always made sure to check with the customer for small changes and details. We truly trusted these guys inside our house and would trust them with any future projects. This was worth the time and money.

Bath R Us is a company that stands by their product and really delivers the goods! Bert Hugh's sent the most amazing, professional, mannerly, respectful crew to install. The installers Junior and Tanner were knowledgeable, polite, professional, respectful and provided service with a smile. Nice young men. It's refreshing to see excellent customer service these days. They even worked a 12 hour day. They cleaned up after the project so my bathroom looks flat out amazing and they exceeded all of my expectations. Do NOT hesitate to hire Bath R Us.

I worked with Rob Hanna over the last two months, my sales representative was exactly on time. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. He walked me through all the details of a shower/bathtub remodel and had many samples of the materials to be used. I was happy with the estimate and have signed the contract with Bath R Us. After signing the contract within 30 days they priced matched another quote and dropped the cost by $1200.

The remodel was was started last Wednesday and they finished on Saturday. It looks amazing and the installers did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves and were very professional and courteous in dealing with me.

Bath R Us and their Rep Bert Rodriguez did an amazing job with remodeling our Master Bathroom and our Spare Bathroom. The Spare Bathroom was completed in 2 days! The Master Bathroom was finished in 3 days!!!! The new showers are amazing and they are so amazing. There is no spotting and so easy to clean. The new floors are Chiffon Lace and are so soft. The faucets are Genta and are single faucets. We love everything. And the construction teamed took ALL of the trash and vacuumed! I would highly recommend using Bath R Us!
