We called them last minute to help us with our move. The service was great. They protected my house and made my stressful situation great. The customer service of the supervisor was amazing. They packed up our breakables and mirrors. 1 word Amazing

I recently had Professional Movers move my family to Florida. The service was exceptional. They responded promptly to my request and provided an estimate. The movers were courteous taking very good care with my furniture. This was a very positive experience.

Great work and very professional. I was nervous about calling a new moving company but these guys communicated very well and made sure my items were in good shape. Highly recommended 10 stars for me.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. I have moved many times in the past and am still dealing with the aftermath 16 months later. They damaged or lost or destroyed 94 items, including "high value items" of furniture and antiques that cannot be replaced. On the delivery, I had clearly marked the boxes with the name of the room. The movers completely ignored the stickers on the boxes that matched the stickers on the door frames. The movers put boxes marked with "Fragile" on all sides on the bottoms of stacks of heavy boxes. The dropped more than one item/box while unloading. They were late to load and late to unload. They finished loading at 2 a.m. They finished unloading at 1 a.m. The packers of my dining room and kitchen were a joke. I specifically pointed out a cabinet of antiques saying to pack them well and carefully. In two boxes, broken antiques were on the very bottom of a box with very little padding. When I think of this move, I still get sick to my stomach. Their insurance company is in cahoots with the adjuster who said they also did the repairs. I had to appeal the claim and got very little satisfaction on the appeal. The adjuster/repair company did not return my emails or call. These movers should not be in business. I am using a local company to repair 34 furniture items which will entail a lot of work on my part as the furniture is so badly damaged that it will have to be moved to the repair shop and returned. DO NOT USE THEM--EVER.
