Highly recommend Eagle Transmission. We had to replace a CVT transmission on a Subaru Outback. It did not go smoothly, but not Eagle's fault as in the end it appeared the new transmission had a defect. Ernie listened to our issues despite the local Subaru dealership head technician personally looking at it and insisting that it was 100% fine. Other shops would have called it quits saying even your manufacturer dealership says it is fine but Ernie stayed on it until eventually the transmission was replaced a 2nd time and this time it worked perfectly.

These guys do exactly what they say and you get more than you pay for. Couldn't ask for a better Auto Care team.

Great service. I got the clutch on my 370Z fixed at Eagle Transmission. great staff. even though they were busy most of the time, Mike and the GM followed up with me and kept me updated. I highly recommend them

Erine and Casey took great care of me, including giving me a ride to work and to a rentral car place where they gave me a discount as an Eagle customer. Ernie rebuilt my transmission for less than a new one would have cost. I will be back for regular service.

Ernie has an anger problem and likes to yell at people. This happened several years back when Google reviews didn't exist or believe me I would had posted it. It was such an awful experience that I never forgot and so now I'm posting it. At first, Ernie seemed great. Very nice guy. They fixed my transmission for a good price at about $800. He made a payment plan with me where I would make a payment weekly, made me sign paperwork that if I didn't make the payments then they could take ownership of my vehicle. I was fine with that and grateful for the offer. The transmission broke about 2 months after he "fixed it", I sold it off to a relative, he took it to a professional shop and they said whoever did your transmission did a terrible job. But that's not the reason I'm making this review. The reason is because on around the 5th or 6th weekly payment, I asked Ernie if I could pay him a couple of days late because I was having a financial hardship and he yelled at the top of his lungs like someone who belongs in prison. That's it.

My husband and I could not be more happy with our service here. Ernie went above and beyond taking such amazing care of us. He helped us with the financing and kept us up to date on all that was happening with the car. He not only fixed the problem but made sure everything else with the car was safe! We can't say enough about this place!! We will recommend them to everyone we know.

Very friendly but they started working on my vehicle July 26th and I have had to take it back several (four) times. They still have the vehicle and have had it this time for over two weeks. I have to call to check on it and each time I call, I am told to call back the next day to see if it's ready. I had heard good things about this place but the service did not match up. I'm hoping to get this situation resolved soon.
Update: Shortly after this review, I was contacted by Eagle. My vehicle was fixed within a few days. It is now running well. I appreciate that there was an issue and they took care of it.response / report this review -

Excellent staff! Great experience all around. I have a fleet of 21 vehicles and keeping them on the road is of the upmost importance to keeping my customers taken care of. Eagle transmission has gone above and beyond to keep my trucks on the road. They have been great at communicating what is needed and always give a reasonable window of when to expect the work to me completed. They also stand behind their work! Good companies are hard to find these days and I highly recommend Eagle Transmission!
