These guys are the best. Mike and his whole team are the only people I let work on my four cars. They are very professional and can handle just about any kind of repair. I heartily recommend them!

Joshua Buford worked on my SUV and he went over and beyond his way to do a great job on repairing it. He is nice and professional. I have and will continue going to Brakes Plus for service on my vehicle.

I am the Director of Sales Team Development with a company of 120 locations. Teaching our 800 team members the importance of providing "Great Customer Service" is my daily mission. When I see it and receive it, I know it. I’ve now had at least 4 opportunities to need the services of Breaks Plus - Lewisville and the great service continues. My latest example; I dropped off my daughter’s vehicle that was making a “Noise” that sounded bad… but I had no idea what was causing it. I had NO idea what the diagnosis was going to be or the potential cost of the repair.
The Result, they fixed my (owner caused) problem and I was not charged a penny.
The least I can do is share my true experience with Brakes Plus Lewisville.response / report this review -

Great team here. Derrick, Andrew, and Tom are very helpful. Took me to and from work while they took care of some air in my brake lines I wasn't able to flush out. Would recommend their shop for brake service any day.

I had a perfect experience here about a few weeks ago. I dropped my Mazda 3 off, they provided a service to take me back home, (I wanna say it was Big Scott?) super nice guy, and he also picked me up when my car was finished. The price was a lot less than I expected and the problem with my car was solved! I was so satisfied and pleased with the wonderful customer service and car service. I will be going back for future problems!

Today has been a great day after all. Went and got an oil change and that was an excellent experience and now this place! I can't believe how honest and upfront they are about everything. It turns out after my FREE brake inspection I don't need new brake pads! Mike told me he didn't want me to waste my $!! Any other place would have totally lied and taken my $. I am leaving here today without paying a penny. I will definitely be coming back.

I rarely give online reviews, however, I would be remiss if I didn't share my first time experience yesterday with the Brakes Plus Lewisville team of professionals. During a recent state inspection of my vehicle at another location I was told informed that my vehicle needed new brakes so I went online to search for a place to take my vehicle. After reading reviews I decided to go to Brakes Plus in Lewisville. I'm glad I did. Mike check me in as a new customer and was extremely friendly and helpful. He said he would have a technician look at my vehicle and someone would contact me soon to let me know what may need to be done. A technician (forgot his name) called me back soon thereafter to inform me that my brake pads we're still good, however, my rotors were worn nearing the minimum required for safe driving. He said he could go ahead and replace the rotors if I desire, but since the brake pads were good, I could go a little longer before having to do the replacement. I really appreciated the honesty and an option to put off the repair a little longer vs just being told that I needed to have the replacement immediately. I also appreciated the fact that the technician informed me that he noticed slight wear on my tires due to my vehicle being out of alignment. He said they could do the alignment while the vehicle was in the shop if I desired. Without hesitation, I thanked him for providing that additional information and I requested that they do the alignment since I had good tires on the vehicle. They completed the work quickly and contacted me shortly thereafter to come pick up the vehicle whenever I was ready. When I showed up at the shop they went over the work that was performed and provided me with the before and after alignment settings along with an estimate for future replacement of the rotors when I was ready. When I presented my credit card for payment, the technician asked me if I had any coupons and I said no. He said there was a $10 off coupon online available for alignments and so he applied that to my service. Wow, unbelievable! I immediately thanked him for doing that and for informing me to check out the various discounts that are always posted online. It is also worth noting that while I was in the shop I overheard other technicians talking with other customers about their vehicles and the technicians were very professional and customer friendly. They also presented the details of their vehicle assessments, along helpful options for the customers, which clearly indicated to me that that they had the best interests of their customers in mind over just trying to perform services, or unnecessary services, that may not be needed. Without a doubt, I will use this place for any required services on the four vehicles that I own. Thank you Brakes Plus Lewisville for being a reputable auto repair shop to this community, for proving honest assessments and for making the the auto repair experience as pleasant as it could possibly be. You have earned my trust and business for auto repairs. Keep up the great work!

My car started making a loud humming noise so I knew I should definitely bring it in! Andrew was phenomenal!! He was friendly and explained every step to me. When I ended up having to leave the car for a few hours, he even gave me a ride back to my apartment and offered to come get me as well! Excellent service. You've earned a customer for life. I recommend asking for Andrew every time!

Excellent Service! We received a coupon in the mail for brake service so brought my car in to have the brake pads replaced. I was very pleased that the price quoted on the coupon was actually the price I paid. The lifetime warranty was explained in detail in a manner I understood. There were no added extras or "emergency" add-ons needed at the time of service. Based on this experience, my husband brought his truck in to have 2 items repaired. Even though additional items were needed, they honored their original quote. We will trust Brakes Plus in Lewisville for all future repairs on our vehicles.

The staff at this establishment have always been professional, courteous and willing to exceed the expectation. Whether it was an oil change, sensor malfunction or brake change, I can count own being fully informed of the diagnosis and recommendations. To say I am satisfied would be an understatement, I am competent in their abilities to do first rate job in a timely manner. FYI- Mike, Gary, Scott and all the technicians, thank you!!!

My car was shaking and the check engine light flashing. Took it to this shop because my parents highly recommended it saying they never have a problem with their car after getting worked on here.
Took my car in and found out that the tube seals on my cylinders were leaking, despite have been replaced three previous times within the past six or seven months (with a different company). They showed me the oil covered spark plugs and listened as I explained my situation and that I had financial restraints.
They worked with me to find the least expensive solution and get my car working as it should. Showed me where to get parts I can replace myself for a good price without compromising quality and kept me informed the whole way through.
I did have to pay a chunk to get it all done, but they most assuredly tried to save me money where they could while still running a business. Glad to say my car is working great and I was able to learn a little bit more about my car, which is priceless.
Definitely returning, definitely would recommend, and most definitely, and importantly for me, I did not feel as if they were trying to take advantage of me because I was a girl and by myself.
