Thank you for honoring the warranty on my expensive repairs from 2 months ago with zero hassle. You took my car in on a short notice and re-did everything to make sure my daughter is back on the road safely.
These guys were happy to take my vehicles for inspection 30 min before closing, which was great because my job keeps me from getting there any earlier. The Firestone location around the corner told me to get lost. They didn't try to sell me any work but cautioned me about an issue that needs attention in the near future. Very happy with the service.
We just moved to Texas, so I brought our two vehicles to Drivers Edge for the state inspection. The staff was super nice and very efficient. I had both cars inspected (including drive time to bring one car home and get the other) in about an hour. Everyone at Drivers Edge was great. They printed out the address for the closest office to register the cars and gave me helpful information about the process. They even offered to install the license plates once I received them (which they did a few days later.)
In the short time I waited for my two inspections and license plate install I had an opportunity to chat with other customers. More than one fellow customer told me they have been coming to Drivers Edge for years and that they are honest and do great work. That’s the real review right there; their customers trust them and come back year after year. Five stars Drivers Edge. Thanks for making the process easy for me!!
Brought my car in because a.c. wasn't working. Not only that repair was done right it was cost effective! He (kyle) pointed out my faded headlights. I agreed and he had them like new. Great place with great service!
Tommy and his team have been great to work with and have helped me with all my vehicles. They are very honest and do a great job. I have been bring my vehicles to them for almost four years and I am glad to have finally found a shop I can trust. I travel all over the country for my work and these guys keep my vehicle in tip top shape.
I am a health care provider who was on my way to Presby. Flower Mound and noticed my low tire pressure light was on. I pulled into a parking lot to check my tires, my rear tire on the passenger side was already half flat and I could be heard leaking. I thought quickly and knew there was an auto place a couple of miles away. It was Driver's Edge on Morris Road. I pulled in front of an open bay and got out to speak to a mechanic and told him my situation. When we got to that tire, it was completely flat. He took an look and said it could not be patched and would need to be replaced. He told me to go to the front, check in and they would put my spare on. Patric immediately went to work and put the spare on and it was done in 10-15 minutes. I can not say enough good things about Driver's Edge. I was very stressed, as I had to be at the hospital, but they took my stress away and quickly fixed my issue and had me on my way.
5 STARS TO PATRIC AND DRIVER"S EDGE !!!!!!!
It was a nice to hear others in the waiting room say they like the service that this location provides. They also proved it to me. It was not someone trying to sell me things at the counter. Tommy, who was working with me took me to my car and showed me. He was able to explain what and why I needed it. I appreciate being part of the service and not just a target.
Traveling thru Flower Mound and our truck battery went dead (BTW we had been to another place a day earlier to check the battery and was told the battery and alternator both were good). Drivers Edge was recommended by our daughter-in-law who lives nearby in Flower Mound. The staff was extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and quick! Within an hour, we were back on the road. This could have been a miserable experience, but Tommy got a battery brought over quickly, installed it, and ran diagnostics. We would recommend Drivers Edge and wish we had one in our hometown Lubbock! Thank you!
Came in for an inspection and all seemed well until after my information and keys were handed over. I was then asked, "How come I don't bring my cars in for services other than inspections?" I mentioned I do my own work and only come here for inspections. Well, I ended up failing for stuff previously passed and a broken gas cap (I had just filled up with no issues). I'm fine fixing things that should be fixed, but after waiting for an hour to be told my gas cap magically broke I can't help but think of the question he asked me. On the follow up, I got my inspection passed and haven't returned since.
Took vehicle in for minor repair; after two hours came back and was told it was fixed only to find the problem was actually worse. $125.00 later, I was told to "come back Monday" for more repair and parts. Very misleading staff and seemed very suspicious I was never told parts were needed until I discovered the problem wasn't fixed in the parking lot. I NEVER write reviews online but had to for this location. Absolutely unacceptable and deceptive.
Not my most positive experience. Was offered the free shuttle service, and gratefully accepted. When my car was finished, I was told the shuttle was in use and would be back in about an hour. No problem. They called promptly 1 hour later to tell me the shuttle was on his way. I live less than 2 miles from the shop, but it somehow took the driver over 45 minutes to get to my house. Had to hear a lecture from cashier about synthetic v conventional oil - felt condescending when he told me I should "do my research". I'll follow the manual, thanks. Service was prompt, price was fair, but I probably wouldn't trust them for more advanced repair work in the future.
