There was no presssure at all. Julian, our sales person, was very patient and didn't add any pressure to our experience. We found a great car and are very happy with the price we paid. Even the finance staff was awesome! Great dealership.

Acura of Westchester is simply the best car dealership around.

I was at another Acura dealership near by. After waiting 45 minutes to get acknowledged, I left and went to Acura of Westchester. I walked in the door and was quickly greeted by Chris. After a few questions by Chris he knew exactly what I was looking for, found the car and made the deal happen all in a matter of a few minutes. I did some quick research and realized I had a great deal offered by Chris.

Chris on his own saw a slight defect in the car (I never would have noticed) and took it upon himself to have it completely replaced.

I will 100% be back to get more cars from Acura of Westchester, especially from Chris.

Acura of Westchester is the best! Brianna Tozzo, my sales representative took care of me and made my experience very easy and smooth (like always!) This was my second time leasing with Acura of Westchester and there's a reason why I go back. Her attention to detail, product knowledge, and professionalism is impeccable. I had the most amazing experience leasing my first car with Frankie at Acura of Westchester. Frankie was extremely helpful, down to earth and went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted and needed at the best price. I would HIGHLY recommend not only this Acura location, but also Frankie to help you. I felt like I was being helped and catered to by an old friend who genuinely cared about what I wanted. Amazing experience all around. My salesman Chris was the best. Knowledgeable, not pushy, and got everything done quick and easy. The car was ready the next day. Audrey in the finance department was just as good with no last minute fees or surprises and a beautiful smile! There were no games just a nice, honest car buying experience.

Frankie Ferraro is more then just a car salesman. Not only did he handle the task of financing my previous car, he fought to obtain the lowest possible interest rate. The experience of leasing my second automobile through him was absolutely nothing short of spectacular. He definitely tried his hardest to not only to present me with several different options, but went above and beyond to ascertain the price which I could afford. Acura of Westchester is truly amazing! Everyone that works there goes out of their way to be kind and helpful. Looking for a car can be stressful and it's hard to trust people when you are making such a large purchase. The employees at Acura of Westchester make you know that you are in the right hands with their patience and knowledge to ensure that you are making the right decision. They check up on you from time to time and send reminders when it's time for services, which comes in handy with a busy life. Frankie Ferraro, who is my personal favorite ;), honestly does everything he can to make sure you leave happy and I guarantee that you will leave smiling. His brother, George Brunner, works hand in hand with Frankie in the service department to make sure that your car is perfect. They are both always on call and available to answer any questions any time, day or night. I promise you will not be disappointed.
