On Saturday 12/16/17 I went in to Jack Miller Kia to see if I could find a car to fit my budget. I was greeted by Marlayna and Dodge who both made it a very smooth process from beginning to end. There was not pressure from them at all during the process. I also would like to recognize Brandon (new car manager) for his assistance and helping make it possible for me to purchase my 1st car (2014 Kia Soul). Marlayna called me 2 days after we purchased the Soul to make sure we did not have any questions about the vehicle and to make sure I loved my new car!! She happened to stop by my place of employment and helped me understand my remote start. Defiantly a great experience and would highly recommend Jack Miller Kia.

I went into Jack Kia knowing exactly which vehicle I wanted. Cameron (salesperson) walked up to my wife and I immediately and asked what he could help with. Within 30 minutes he had verified the model w/ the exact trim I wanted was available, test drove, and began negotiations. Talk about expedient service! After a couple of hours, my wife and I left for lunch, and after talking it over decided to proceed with the sale.

I received a fairly good deal on my 2018 Kia Optima LX as well as the promise of automatic start being put in for free. I couldn't be happier with my decision to purchase from Jack Miller!

Best customer service and family friendly atmosphere! I knew what I wanted and was never pressured into unnecessary upgrades or more expensive models. From the test drive and chat with the salesman to financing, we had a very smooth and quick experience. Can’t recommend them enough!

Went in expecting to test drive a couple cars and leave. Ending up finding exactly what I was looking for and drove it off the lot a couple hours later! Nathan Southard was awesome to work with - not at all pushy and definitely felt like he was in our corner to help us get a deal that worked within our budget! Elford in finance was also wonderful to work with. Would definitely recommend this dealership to family and friends in the market for a new car!

We got to test drive our new van for a day, and that was fantastic in helping us decide that it would be the vehicle for us. My wife was doing the actual shopping, so being able to ride in it without having to take off of work cemented the deal. The process was quick and painless. They explained the options clearly for warranties and everything else.

The actual process of buying was just as long as I remember from the last time that I bought a vehicle. I swear every time that I'm going to get a stamp with my signature made, and every time, I fail to do so.

We were having some trouble getting our phone charger to work in a couple of the DC ports and it turned out to be a design flaw in the charger, but they checked it out on request before we even took the car home, staying after hours to take care of us.

Thanks to the whole staff at Jack Miller Kia for a great car buying experience.

I previously purchased a 2015 Kia Optima from Jack Miller Kia in July 2014. I was amazed how fast and seamless the process was. I was told back then that I could refinance in 6-9 months to decrease my interest rate. After 18 months I went online and completed the application for financing. Within 24 hours I was meeting with Anthony, in the Sales department, to review my information. He stayed late and answered all my questions. I appreciated Greg, Josh and Deanna who all helped me along the way. I drove home in a new Optima today and I am trilled!! Thank you to EVERYONE(especially Anthony) who made my experience painless and even enjoyable! I'm definitely coming back or the Optima Hybrid next time!!

I wrote another review a few minutes ago, So I am a little worn out here. I will keep this brief and simple. In my family, we have purchased four Kia Souls in a two year period from Jack Miller Kia. This alone should say much. I am 56 years of age, therefor I have experienced many purchases with many dealerships. I will never go any where else from now on except to Jack Miller Kia. It is a total package experience that is most pleasant. The experience does not end when you drive away with your new Kia.
With three Kia Souls between my wife and i, as well as another family member, we will use no other maintenance /service department as Jack Miller Kia has the most outstanding one I have ever encountered. For a while, we owned other vehicles while we owned our Kias. I started taking them all there due to the reputation of excellence.
Of course, my Kias needed only the routine oil changes, etc, however the customer service is the best I have ever experienced.

I recently purchased my second Optima here. My first one is nine years old and still running perfectly at 175k miles. In all this is the fourth car we've purchased from Jack Miller Kia. We've always had a great, no haggle experience. I highly recommend Andrew as a salesperson. Don't confuse Jack Miller Kia with Jack Miller Auto Plaza.

I emailed the dealership with the car I wanted, features I wanted, maximum terms I wanted. I was contacted by Josh Clark, who informed me he thought they could put together a deal for me. After a few emails, we met with Anthony Gargus. They worked their magic and got us the deal. Great experience. No pressure. Quick process and a lot of fun. Can't say that about any other car buying experience we've had in the past.

After having visited a few dealerships where a sales rep would accost you before you even got out of your car, we visited Jack Miller again (we got a new Optima there in '12), and again, we were treated with respect. Andrew came out after we'd milled around for a minute, we said we were just looking at that point, and he simply said "Sure, let me know if you have any questions" - and that was it. Other places are a lot more persistent and annoying, so thumbs up for that. It's a very low pressure situation. Andrew was more than willing to pull cars out for us to test drive, was very knowledgeable, personable, but never was there any pressure. Andrew also displayed nigh on infinite patience as we discussed colors (exterior and interior) and options, and eventually went out of his way to grab exactly the car we wanted from another dealership, sealing the deal.Overall a very pleasant experience! Though the coffee could be stronger :D
