I brought my new scooter here a while ago. The young guy working looked at it for 2 seconds and told me two bolts had just come out of place holding an exhaust valve in place. The labor took 6 minutes and they supplied 2 washers and 2 bolts. The owner was the one who rang me up and told me it was $75 dollars. After explaining my shock and not even having that kind of money on me, he literally yelled at me about how businesses work. He eventually let me pay $35 but he was so rude to me. I would never go back. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because he did seem a little remorseful for how he spoke to me before I left.

I've purchased 2 scooters from them and recently had a remote car starter installed and have never had any complaints. Pleasure to do business with.
