Awesome experience! Had trouble getting a Trek 520 to fit. Colonial went above and beyond in assisting and persevering to get it right! Special shout out to Billy who's fitting as well as mechanical expertise made it happen. Billy was simple outstanding in guiding me through a knowledgeable fit process and as I result I now fit perfectly on my new bike. Also shout out to Pete and Sam! Great folks. Thanks all for standing by your customers! Highly recommended!

Low quality customer servicevery cold personalities when you go into the store. Not friendly towards beginners. It would be nice if this store was a bit more welcoming and warm to its customers.

The Staff is very friendly and try to find what is perfect for you not what the most expensive thing or the next hot item is. The sales team isn't pushy and the mechanics are top notch.

Great friendly service and mechanics, nice merch selection. These guys support getting kids on bikes and have a large stock of Untapped maple if you run your supply down. Definitely worth a visit if you're in town!

A great locally owned shop that is always well stocked with both bikes and parts. Their service team is top notch as well, I have never had a bad experience with these guys.

I've purchased two mountain bikes and a bike rack from these guys, all in separate transactions. Staff were friendly and helpful every time!
Service is excellent - I brought in two bikes requiring adjustments ten minutes before closing. No complaining. They took care of both bikes and never once mentioned I kept them there after closing time.

Hours are excellent as well - It's difficult to get to some of the other local bike shops when they are open. Colonial Bicycle Company is open 7 days/week, most days until 7pm.
