Outstanding new bike buying experience at Exeter Cycles. Through several visits to evaluate my options and ultimately select and fit my bike John and his staff went above and beyond to make this a great experience. I would recommend them to anyone. They are not the closest shop to where I live - my local shop didn't seem to want to invest the time to make the sale. I am more than happy with my new Cannondale Synapse and credit John and his team for treating me like their most important customer through the entire process.

I moved to Exeter 3 years ago and go to Exeter Cycles for all my bike parts. They fixed up my old hardtail bike with a new front fork last year and I've purchased other parts and clothes as gifts for family and friends from them over the years. The staff is very knowledgeable and always gives you the time of day, treating you like you're buying a $4k bike even if your just buying a light. Great selection of tools, parts, clothing, you name it.

Though this bicycle shop may seem to cater to roadies they have plenty of staff knowledgeable about other bikes & have been very helpful. Every time I went in the staff would ask me if I've been helped or even apologize for the long delay. It makes the trip to this shop worth it every time I need service. Keep up the great work guys!
