We have stayed in the same unit for 9 years and already looking forward to the next 9! Love ocean front view and being on quiet end of the boardwalk. Wonderful area to visit for sure.

The review listed by Ms Anonymous, was party to an unfortunate accident whilst staying at Star of the Sea, which was witnessed and responded to by the Local Police Authorities. Star of the Sea's manager was operating under, and was accompanied by a Police Officer when he was instructed to have the guest to open the door of her own fruition. The Police visit ultimately ended with a party of the guest being arrested, hence the negative and biased review.

The review listed by Ms Midcap was prompted by her refusal to accept the Condominium's policy and physical capability of only allowing one vehicle per unit to be parked on the premises. A fact that is clearly outlined in the leasing documents, and signed by whomever in the party made the booking. Ms Midcap's sister did not made any comment on this policy when she arrived at the building first to receive the unit's one parking pass.
To compensate for this fact Ms Midcap was issued a Complimentary Street Parking Pass to allow her own vehicle to park on the street at no cost. She was informed this pass was to be returned at the end of her stay. These passes have a 'street value' of over a $100.00. Had she returned this pass on leaving there would not have been any additional costs incurred.
We wish Ms Midcap all the best in her future endeavors.

This condo was a joke! You only get one parking space for a condo that sleeps 6! The place was dirty, garbage was under the bed, sand all over the floor, tub leaked, sink was clogged, the manager was really rude. They charged us a security deposit because we didn't return a paper parking permit that they NEVER asked us to return to begin with. I have nothing but complaints about this place. It was the worst money we ever spent! The beds were awful. We came to this place because my sister was getting married and all these problems made it hard to enjoy her wedding week. I will never stay in this place again. The amount of money we spent on this condo is outrageous. It was the most we ever paid and it was for a junky outdated dirty apartment.

Great views of beach as every unit is ocean front! Units are privately owned so some are more updated than others. Spacious balconies and full kitchen made stay all that much better. Recommend doing virtual tour of individual units. We always stay in the same condo and will be back again. That is all for now. Off to Fun Land!!!..

Units need some fixing up. Things look tired and a bit dirty. Bathroom in our unit was dirty when we arrived and we requested it be cleaned and were told, quite rudely, by the manager that "this is not a hotel" and they couldn't have someone clean it for 24 hours. Ended up having to clean the toilet ourselves so we could have a clean bathroom. The maintenance team did come and clean it the next day and were very nice about it, but the way the entire situation was handled was not effective. On the plus side the location is great and it's nice having the little store right in the building. The pool is also very nice.
