  Mr. Bryan at Golden Key Rentals is very helpful and resourceful with all of his connections when it comes to purchasing a home. He knows all the ins and outs in his line of work. When asking him for help he doesn't
  hesitate. I highly recommend Mr. Bryan and Golden Key Rentals staff.

  Very good property management. They treat each property like its their own and also make sure things are done and done right. Recommend them to all my friends and family. Very friendly people to talk to also!

  I had a horrible experience trying to rent a home through this property management company. The elderly woman at the front desk was VERY RUDE to me over the phone, in person and throughout the entire experience. I paid my deposit and first months rent with an expected move in date of 3 May and when we arrived to the house it had not been cleaned, the carpet smelled like cat pee and there were huge rodent droppings in the garage (big NO NO). My husband and I called the office and the lady once again being rude told us we would have to move in a later date. After arguing back and forth for hours the lease was broken and we were refunded giving us 4 hours to find a new place to live. I will say this though the man who actually runs the Golden Key rentals in Goldsboro was nice and very willing to help but at that time that little old lady had already given us a bad taste.

  AMAZING PRICES, Incredibly professional and everyone in the office is great. They have a system to get things fixed and respond quickly. I've rented many houses in my life and I wish all of my landlords were as professional as they are.

  Some employees in the office have an issue with talking over you, and not letting you get a word in when discussing matters over the phone.

  I currently rent a home that they are supposed to be managing. I have lived in the house now for over a month. Nothing on the list of things that need to be fixed have been done. Before we moved in we were told that the storm door that is torn off would be replaced, the storage shed would be cleaned out because it is full of junk, the trash cans behind the shed would be taken away because they are full of wood and because of the rain now has water and rooting wood, the deck would be fixed because it is a safety hazard with boards sticking up none of which have been done. They said that would be taken care of the first week there. Once we called about it last week they said we tried 2 times to come and your car was there but you didn’t answer the door. I called again this week and was told we are not doing it because the owner won’t pay for it. I do not understand how if they came last week to fix it they now can’t because he won’t pay? They have lied to us about things getting fixed and told us well you get what you pay for. I am now counting down the days till I can leave this place only 11 more months to go. I would never rent from this place again and if you decide to make sure you get everything in writing about what they are going to fix. They made me go 3 days without ac when it was 90 out and told me just open the windows which do not have any screens because they will not put any one. They tried to make a joke about how well at least it gets cool at night you will be fine.
