I've been a resident here for a few months. I plan on renewing my lease as soon as its up. I'm loving the new changes at the community. Brandon leased the apartment to me and was nothing short of amazing. He's the best! The location is so close to everything including all kinds of FOOD. I'm the biggest foodie so that's a plus. Also we're across from the mall. *smiles* Do yourself a favor and move here :)
I recently moved into Arrive Perimeter from another complex. Mostly to save money. I have a unit towards the back of the complex and it is very quiet and I feel secure any time of day/night. I was very impressed with the professionalism and personal touch both provided by Heather and Brandon. They both made me feel very welcome and were very warming. I even received a coupon for a free pizza at the local eatery! I had one issue involving my garbage disposal, and using their web portal, I submitted my maintenance request. I was surprised that by the end of my work day the very next day, I arrived home to a new disposal unit and note informing me. Keep up the amazing work! I definitely recommend this complex to anyone in the area!
I have been living in this community for almost 6 yrs. The recent changes to this community raised the bar to whole new level. Nice new amenities & apt upgrades.
Management is very cordial & attends to needs on time. Extremely happy to stay here. Recommended this community to my friends as well. They liked & moved in. Special thanks to Christie for resolving an issue I brought to her. She understood quickly and handled it with ease.
Brandon has been extremely helpful from the moment that I walked in the door. Keeping me in the know of any and every promotion you guys have going on. Showed me an even better floor plan then I initially decided on. Also worked with my incredibly hectic schedule. He also called to follow up with me on my interest in your property. Brandon even stayed late to make sure I was able to move in on the desired date. 5 star experience.
Moved in a few weeks ago and must say I've enjoyed staying here. The office staff is nice especially Brandon. I love the new cyber cafe and the gym seems to be coming along nicely. I do however wish there was more visitor parking throughout the community.
I am very pleased with the Complex which is under new management. Trinity is constantly working to improve the amenities. Painting, landscaping, weekly vacuuming are added niceties. Eco friendly water saving bathroom fixtures have resulted in significantly lower water bills. Valet trash service is exemplary as are the small touches such as trash receptacles in mail box areas; and Parcel Pending will provide another automated convenience. Exercise and meet your neighbors in the Bark Park.
Staff is responsive and, architecturally , it reminds me of an English Village. I would look seriously at your options here.
Ashford Park had its problem but was decent but had its fair share of tolerable problems. Since this place was bought by Arrive things have gotten way worse. I get the feeling that they know current residents won't be interested in renewing so they are slamming in as much work as possible to get it out of the way. I live in front of a dumpster that has been here for 3 months. Neighbors are throwing garbage bags off their patios into it like a slum. It smells. I was parked next to a port a potty for 3 months so every time I walk to my car it smells like a bathroom. Workers are chatting outside my window every day at 7. Finally, management jumped into work without getting any permits from the town so the work is halted as half finished around the complex.
Last thing - My wife and I left our garbage outside early one day since we were out for the day and came back to a note in the door. Management was fining us. It was in the contract, and they could have charges us $100 if they wanted to and they charged us much less - so we paid it - but a simple warning would have stopped us from doing that again. Again it feels like they're trying to squeeze current residents since they know most of us aren't sticking around.
I think investing more than 5 minutes to write a review for this property would be such a waste of time.
I moved out right after the new management took over the place. I lived here 10 months. They are literally the sh*ttiest type of management team you can ever encounter, the property itself would stand like a palace next to these horrible people.
You cannot expect one single thing to be OK. Everything is a mess here. If you decide to rent a unit in this property despite all these ratings, you definitely deserve them. You think it's in a convenient spot, close to 400 or I-285, and cheaper than other complexes, okay go for it. There cannot be a single reason that could justify living here. Last but not least, they are such liars and losers. See the attached picture; according to their website they have 4/5 stars. And 90%recommendation rate. That is just hilarious.
READ THIS!!!!!!
THE NEW MANAGEMENT IS CRIMINAL!!!!
They EVICTED my son who had been hospitalized. They were unable to reach him because he had no access to his phone for a month. He had never missed a rent payment, utility payment, or any fee payments. Optional phone numbers were available for them to reach family members. THEY stopped the payments and .. SOLD HIS FURNITURE!!!
AND LEFT A VOICEMAIL THAT THEY WERE EVICTING HIM.
We will press charges. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS PLACE or any place managed by them.
They do not regard disabilities laws, and are thieves.
PS The associates who helped us when he rented this apartment were VERY helpful but of course they were fired.
Worst. Management. Ever. Don't even try to get something fixed quickly. Bugs everywhere. Paper thin walls. It's gross, seriously. Pick any other place around there to live other than this one. You'll be glad you did.
I am living here and I have very bad experiences. Still trying to deal with them as I have contract for one year.
The condition of the property is poor. Elevators are consistently not working and can be down for several days at a time. Stair wells have bags of fast food trash and vomit in them. After multiple calls regarding the vomit it took management over 5 days to have it removed.
Management is slow to respond to calls, emails, requests, complaints. Buildings have extensive rotting wood, peeling ceilings in breezeways. The property is not being kept up yet rent continues to increase.
You would be wise to avoid this community.
I want to warn anyone currently considering Ashford Park as there new home to strongly reconsider there decision.
The customer service you will receive is the absolute worst. The new manager and assistant manager are running everyone out. There is no excuse to treat people the way this place is treating people.
Liza, the new manager is the rudest person I have had to deal with. The way she interacts with people is unacceptable. She has no accountability for anything.
If you like living in pure squalor then this is the place for you.
Please continue your search for a new apartment. You will regret securing a lease here if you decide to rent from them.
I have lived in many cities of US But, this so called apartment HOMES community is my worst experience ever till date Don't know from where to start. A tremendously horrible experience since the new management has took the charge.. If it was possible, I gave it half star..!!
I was here from 2014. There are almost 5-6 apartment communities in that area, and it costs the lowest, but the other charges..??!!! OMG!! Electricity bill, water bill, that so called valet trash charge, good-for-nothing paste control charge & so on & on & on!! After summing up all the charges, it costs higher than the others.
There is only on road, ( a one way) through the community, so if any truck enters for moving out/in , the entire road gets jammed. and if you, UNFORTUNATELY, call up the office for any kind of assistance, you will get only one answer, " we don't know anything we can't do anything " or something negative like this. And this answer remains same in most of the ASSISTANCE cases, it seems like, it is a RECORDED VOICEMAIL
The valet-trash guy I don't know what is his problem.. a rough, rude, uncivil, ill-behaved guy It seems that, he shows us pity by taking our trash he has problem with each & every thing even he leaves the trash bags inside the elevator & when we requested him to remove that, first he didn't even pay any attention. Upon our repeated requests, he just gave a indifferent look & replied, " let those be there..they are not leaking.. I will be back in two minutes "- he answered this even after seeing that there is a baby with us..
The swimming pool remains closed without any prior notice & that too in summer not only that the pool was not at all clear leaves, pastes, and even glass pieces were traced not at all safe for children.
And last but not the least, the new property management & it's new manager Don't know who has gave her chair!! All kinds of synonym of the word " RUDE " are applicable for her can write many things about her behavior, but whatever I write, would be less for her.
So, please shift/stay anywhere else, but not here at least. The WORST, WORST & The WORST.
I am writing as a potential resident who didn't really experience a warm welcome. I am NOT a resident. But I will give you my impression. I think this place is reasonably priced for the conditions its in. When I looked at their two bedroom model apartment, it look spacious and good for its price. It was a renovated apartment so it looked decent. Granite counter tops with white cabinets. However the white cabinets didn't compliment the apartment well since the carpet just added more white. But the price for the apartment was decent! The reason why I didn't give a 4 star is because the leasing agent was unpleasant. She seemed like she didn't want to help me at all and rushed through our initial meeting. Yes there were other people but everyone was patient. When I had first came in she was on her way to show a model to a couple. I was going to be left alone as they locked up and he offered I'd join them. She shook her head and said no, we don't do group showings. The way she said it though was as if she just didn't want to deal with me. Later my showing ended up merging with another couple looking for an apartment anyway. So much for your policy. When meeting with her in her office I felt like it was a tense awkward silence and I had to initiate everything from asking rent prices to available rooms. I was given the impression that I wasn't welcomed there she was annoyed by me and she didn't treat me like I had money to buy a place there. When I asked about the square footage she said she didn't know and came up with the excuse that nobody really knows what square footage is. Which a wrong answer for me since I'm an engineer(And she asked who my employer was and I explained it was an engineering company. I'm an engineer lady!)!!!It's not like I came in looking like a bum or wearing booty shorts. She didn't start to really talk until she started talking about herself. If she doesn't care for potential residents then I don't see how she would care for her current residents.
