I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy.
I bought a 2013 Honda CR-V EX-L from here back in April/May. I loved my salesperson and sales manager, and thought this would be a smooth transition. It has been everything but smooth.
I wrecked my car on Halloween night. EZ Way had the car towed the next day to their repair shop to have it fixed (November 1st). I have insurance through EZ Way as well, and they weren’t even able to get an estimate on the damages to the car until Thanksgiving. I paid my $250 deductible, and the insurance lady assumed the car would be totaled so EZ Way didn’t ask for any car payments. Found out, despite $10,000+ in damage, the car wasn’t totaled, sometime in December, and they would start repairs.
I called the garage and spoke to them myself and they said they couldn’t even get the car in the garage to start repairs until December 18th.
Now they are repossessing my car. The car isn’t even repaired yet and they expect me to pay $1300 in car payments for the two months, going on three, that they’ve had this car sitting in a tow-yard; and more as the weeks pass. I offered to pay part of what I owe to get the car back, but I will not pay for months of them doing nothing.
I’ve asked to speak to a manager several times to see if we could work something out and they never call me back.

Go elsewhere if you’re looking for a car; they may have nice vehicles but their service is absolutely terrible.

Worst dealership ever. Warranty work is terrible, over 20 times transmission being worked on unbelievable. Now currently broke down in Michigan and being told must bring back truck to north Carolina to the same shop that has tried to fix it 20 times or its not covered lol. Actually broke down one time before even made it home from their transmission shop i kid you not. What idiot would continue to allow someone over 20 times to repair something? Ez ways idiot owners would lol so I promise you it will be worst mistake of your life buying anything from these crooks . As for the so called warranty if you break down anywhere other than near their location they will not cover or warranty anyrhing so basically if you buy a car here ylu must not drive more than 50 miles away from them as they basically could care less about you once you pull off their lot. I even tried to be fair and said since so many problems only 2 weeks of owning vehicle why not let me buy a different vehicle and they told me I would have to give them a additional fown payment lol unbelievable

We have now purchased our second used vehicle from EZ Way. We love dealing with Chris. Everyone has been fantastic. It's a fairly quick easy process. The Gap Insurance is a must and the 2 year warranty is fantastic!!! Thank you!!!

I purchased a car from E-Z Way Auto in Lenoir in January of this year and I must say that I am quite disappointed. My transmission went out after 2 weeks, the struts had to be replaced after 3 months ($1000) and the engine just recently went out. I was also lied to, as MONICA told me that if I wrote a positive review, she'd sent me out a $10 Walmart gift card. I wrote the review and never received it. They claim they mailed it out but the card was sent back to them as they didn't believe my address was correct. Yeah, right! I bet if I stopped making my car payments they'd suddenly remember my address.

Excellent staff and they really worked with me despite me not having the best credit. I am self-employed, too, and where other dealerships couldn't deliver, EZ-way could! I worked with Robert at the Lenoir location and he was a phenomenal salesman. The bank wouldn't finance me originally on the conditions I had asked for, but Robert worked diligently and was eventually able to get me into the car I wanted! I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We were greeted at the door by Dean with a big smile and a very heartfelt welcome. He helped us find just the right vehicle for us. Asking us first what we wanted the showed us a number of vehicles in our price range. He and the entire team made sure we were comfortableEven making sure our boys were taken care of. I would recommend this E-Z way auto to everyone and tell them Hope sent you and make sure you ask for Dean or Tammy they are what customer service is all about.
