Horrible experience. Waited 50 mins and never got any food. Asked 3 times and waitress blamed it on the kitchen staff. Tables seated after us all got food. Was only African American in place I hope that didn't have anything to do with it.

Yes, yes and yes. I love Pepper's. It is absolutely amazing. I love the soup and salad bar. When I was expecting I actually became a regular customer of the salad bar. There is so much I still need to try off of the menu. I love the mac and cheese and also the grilled cheese with pepper jack. A lot of people say it's too expensive but if you want great quality food. Go here. I also love the staff there, they are all fun and every time I have been in there, I have received amazing customer service.

Although the food was delicious, our waiter didn’t check up on our table and I went almost an entire meal with only one glass, no refills. Very rude atmosphere.

Placed a take-out order for the entire office and was told there was a large order in front of it and to pick mine up at 12:15. When we got the order it was completely cold. I called the restaurant and they owned up to having our order ready 30 minutes before pick up time but did not call to notify us. It will be a long time before we order from here again.

Great food, this place is a staple to the area. The bar area is very nice and friendly. The food is very good with responsible Price's. Family friendly place for all. Can't go wrong! Good Hamburgers, Flat Breads, big salads, salad bar as well. Love the staff!!

I love this pace. I eat here a lot. Although I have a confessionI only ever order the Spicy Chicken Sandwich. I'm not sure if I've eaten anything else.
It's not a "Buffalo" style spicy, it's a Cajun style (which isn't normally my thing) but it is so good. A solid chicken breast, blackened with Cajun seasoning, and served on a legit bun.
I always get the curly fries as a side, and they are really good as well.response / report this review -

Great local eatery! I get the same sandwich everytime I visit, just change up the sides. The Gene Lawson sandwich greatest, tasty moist sandwich.

Vacationing from Georgia we ordered delivery from here. I asked for extra mayo and a ranch, didn't get either. The food was blah, no seasoning. The onion rings were too big and the crunch fell off. If coming here from out of town I would suggest going there instead of delivery that way you can send it back if it's not to your liking.
