I came in to switch my plates and I was missing some paperwork, talked to the supervisor about what I needed. The next day I come in with the exact paperwork the supervisor told me to have and the employee helping me told me I was told wrong and I would have to get something else. She was very rude and talked down to me the whole time I was dealing with her.b

Amazing lack of communication and coordination. Nice, professional, but so very slow and disorganized it's a miracle anyone gets any business conducted. Drive to Callahan before wasting your day here.

arrived 30mins before they opened, was of the first 5 people to enter, waited for over a hour, everyone that was inline with me was taken care of, people that walked in the door 30mins after opening were taken care of before me. this is the 3 time ive gone to this DMV only to leave, they really need to switch to a first come first served ticketing system, what a waste of time and effort. go to a different location, the clerks only seem to want to deal with the easiest issues.

It's the government so they are slow. Waited 2 hours to give them 300$ to change a title into my name. This place, like every government establishment is run by idiots who move at a snails pace. My grandmother moves faster than most of the women in here. I'm here to give you money and you make me wait, this place sucks!!!
I would use the appointment system but it to doesn't work!!! I click make an appointment and it fails to load!!! What a horrible dmv!

This place is a joke! I've been waiting for over an hour already for a simple vehicle registration. Other people are leaving because the wait is so long!! The employees move super slow and have an attitude except for the very nice lady at the front desk. Also the screen wasn't working for an hour so nobody could see their number!?
HIRE MORE QUALIFIED PEOPLE WHO WANT TO WORK!!
