I honestly haven't loved every haircut I've gotten at this place, but most of them have been pretty good. I generally haven't had to wait long to get into a chair, and you certainly can't beat the price. Seven bucks for a men's cut is the best deal going.

I've been coming here for years. The friendly staff always has me leaving pleased and 100% satisfied with their services. Although I am disappointed that I came here Sunday at 0810 because their sign said they'd be open but I guess they aren't until 0900. Still 5 stars.

I've been going to the Liverpool and Cicero locations, on and off, for a few years and I have NEVER received a great haircut. I understand that the girls must work fast to make a buck and sometimes a little blood must fall. I only go to Concepts now and then to save a few bucks. If you want a decent haircut in Syracuse, you're going to pay a master barber about $15.00 + tip.

they did a really good job. Rocko usually answers the phone and is very professional and friendly. Adrianna usually cuts my hair and does a really good job, especially fades. Can’t beat their price point, and is always clean in there. Highly recommend :-)

Really good hair cuts for men and you cant beat the price. Don't be cheap with the tip because the price is. At least give them more then a dollar.

They have great prices and most of the people are great. HOWEVER, don't use the guy!!! I am begging you. He uses an American flag hair guard. He messed up my friends hair and I did not know it was this place when I went and my hair was bad enough that my wife wanted me to call and complain. In the 10 years we have been married I can count on 1 hand how many times that has happened. Go there, but don't get your hair cut by the guy. There are good ones there.

This is the worst haircut place ever most definitely would not recommend this place. they brought me into the back which smelt like complete smoke and so did the guy cutting my hair. Worst haircut i have ever had gave me nowhere close to what i asked for and a really uneven cut.

Hairdressers name was Lisa. I made an appointment and let the girl know on the phone that I had long hair. My appointment was yesterday at 5:30. I'm shocked at the way I was treated. The girl doing my hair washed it, then had me sit. She was talking to another woman about a customer she hates and called the customer an old hag in a room full of customers. She then proceeded to get angry because I had thick hair and it was going to be a "time" issue because she had other things she had to do. She was huffing and puffing the whole time she was brushing my hair. My head still hurts today from her brushing my head and getting angry at the comb because my hair is so thick. She was throwing the brushes and it was knocking stuff off of the counter. She then told me to tell someone on the phone I had long hair, which I did. She complained the entire time about doing my hair. She made maybe 5 cuts and then told me I was done. My hair is completely uneven. During the middle of doing my hair without even a warning she ripped off the cape and threw it then grabbed another and put it on, why I don't know. I felt like she was pissed off at me for even coming. She rushed through it and there are parts that aren't even cut. I couldn't believe that she was done already because she didn't touch my bangs or anything! My grandmother had to even out the rest of my hair. I am appalled and will never return to this location. I didn't make a scene and just left. I believe I should get a refund. I paid $10 for this service. I will NOT be recommending your business. Also whoever did my hair mentioned that the manager would never get rid of her so she wasn't scared about the old hag she had earlier that complained. I agree with the old hag.

I have an appointment at 5:15 PM, I was just getting out of work around that time and was going to be running five minutes late. So I called the salon, and told the front desk lady that I was going to be no more than five minutes late. She then responded to me "you can just go somewhere else." One of the rudest encounters I have had there. I understand stylist have schedules to stick to, but this response was uncalled for and I will never recommend or go there again.
