I tried to buy a car here a few years ago while my current Jetta was in for service. I could not get anyone to help me. I left this dealer and bought a new Jetta at another dealer that night. Since this is the closest dealer I decided to give them another try at my 40,000 mile service. They said I needed a new center cap for $45 . No way am I paying $45 for a small piece of plastic. I asked them to write the part number down for the part they said I needed and they refused. I talked to the parts department, they also refused. I was a paying customer, spending over $300 and they would not write down a part number for me. I came home popped one of the others off looked at the part number and ordered it elsewhere. I WAS A PAYING CUSTOMER I didn't call and ask I was there getting a service done! They will not be getting a third chance. People go some where else!
Reliable service but expensive and long waits in the waiting room.
We have purchased two cars from Mark LaRocco and find him to be one of the best salesmen we have ever worked with. Never pushy, he's great at representing the brands, finding you what you are looking for and giving you options he feels would make you enjoy your car. Have always enjoyed working with him and look forward to a continued relationship for our next purchase.
I've always been treated well by the staff and they strive to get my car maintenance done right the first time.
Fast service, good people get done fast.
Service dept completely lied about my exhaust issue. They wanted to charge 2k when the it was a simple sensor. Do not trust this dealership. I would give no stars but in order to post this you have to pick one
I took a volkeswagen GTI for post Sale inspection Bill told me a higher different price than what the inspection usually goes for. Anyway the car checked good for Transmission and less than a month later and after I drove it twice only . The Transmission went bad, I took the car there to tell them about the issue and they tried to charge me around 500 dollars but after talking on the phone they lowered it to 334 then to 280. hug difference.
Really disappointed. you pay to get inspection done right and they get the money then they dont do it right.
They are horribly lazy and unprofessional. I had two concurrent recalls on my POS Volkswagen (which, on top of the emissions scandal, reflects poorly on VW in general), so I take it here to get them fixed and they gave me a loaner vehicle. They call me the next day and say "We don't have the part- it should be in tomorrow." They don't call back the next day or the day after. I'm stuck with their crappy loaner all weekend. On Monday, I get a nasty, threatening voicemail saying that my car has been done for 2 days they've already left me 2 voicemails and I need to return the loaner immediately. So I call them back and tell them that I have no missed calls and no voicemails. The girl on the phone admits to me that they had 2 different numbers for me and one of them must be wrong. They just didn't bother to call the other number that they had already called before.
I have been taking my beloved CC to this dealership for its routine services since I purchased it new in 2013. My experience with them has been wonderful, they have always been very helpful, professional and courteous. I had the misfortune of encountering several giant potholes over the past two winters, which caused busted tires and knocked my car out of alignment on more than one occasion. Each time this happened they got me in promptly and even facilitated a flat bed wrecker during my last misadventure. I'm very pleased with this dealership and couldn't ask for a better service department. (A special thanks to Adam, whom I've worked with since Elizabeth transferred to the BMW dealership. He is always smiling and sympathetic as I rant about the state of our roadways).
