Said my back and neck were out of place. In reality I had a ruptured brain aneurysm bleeding for 10 days ended up having a stroke and nearly dying. Not so much as a follow up call after I cancelled an upcoming appt with the reason why thanks for caring.

Did not have a problem with the chiropractor but the billing department needs some major improvement. Went one time got X-rays and went through the whole initial process to get started. I never went back because I started doing some things a PT friend told me to do. Never received a bill from them then a year later received a collection notice for $385. It took two phone calls and two days later they finally got back with me. The actual billing person did not call me back she had someone else do it that could not answer any of my questions. I was so frustrated at the end I just hung up. One visit cost almost $400, I will never go back again. My wife found a great chiropractor and I will be going to him next time.

Dr. Green has been very understanding of my issues and concerns since my accident and has been very helpful with trying to get me on the road to recovery. The office staff has been very courteous and help with making each visit as easy as possible! I would definitely recommend them!

The staff was very professional and caring. Best doctor I've been to in the Indianapolis area. I highly recommend this clinic. I had tendinitis and doctor Green and Shannon were very helpful in treating my problems so i could finish my basketball season.

I have had bad headaches for a few months. My doctor only wanted to write me a prescription but I really didn't want to take anything. Went to Dr Green for help and after a few treatments and a massage and I feel a lot better. Decided to have a facial too. Microneedling with Libby and Chris My skin looks really good.

This place is a scam. Their billing department doesn't know what they are doing or they know what they're doing and just want to rip you off. They take advantage of people in pain. Was told that I had to pay my deductible up front and then after that my payment was only 8 after a couple of 50 dollar payments. The 8 last a couple times then was told that I had a credit then the appointment after that was told that it was going to be $54. I cancelled my appointment then and asked if I had a balance and was told no everything was caught up. Today 2 months later I got a bill for 95! If having your back adjusted and constantly being asked to buy something is something you like use this place but I recommend you go somewhere else

Dr. Green was very good at explaining what was going on with my back. Took a few visits to get everything under control but worth it. My headches are gone too. Shannon gave an amazing massage.

Totally horrible experience here. All Dr. Green is interested in is making money. Had a young Chiropractic in the office at the time who I literally thought was going to sever my spine. Could not adjust me, so he just kept trying. Told me i was having phantom pain". Incidentally, i am a Nurse Practitioner and know all about the pathophysiology of pain, i dont need some young buck telling me i am crazy after a drunk driver hit me and tore the lining of my brain of the side of my skull, so said the Mayo Clinic. In addition, the office STILL owes me about 200 dollars after my Lilly insurance paid, but they refused to give me the money back. They can't keep therapist because they won't pay their salary. Avoid this place like the plague it is. Total shame.

When I first started in the summer going to Back to Health I was having mid back pain, sciatic nerve pain & planter fasciitis. Between Dr. Green and the massage therapist, Shannon, I have returned to being mainly pain free. I currently doing a once a month visit. The front desk is always friendly & timely. I definitely have referred and will refer others to Back to Health.

Complete scam, unprofessional staff. Doctor will exaggerate your injuries to bring you in more often, front desk will not be forthcoming with what you owe and then hand you a huge bill. Staff doing facials reeks like cigarette smoke and breathes over you the entire time. There are plenty of chiropractic clinics better than this one, don't waste your time.
