Complete and quick service! They suggested some additional preventive work which actually was very helpful. They solved the problem I came in for as well. I also really appreciated the shuttle service to and from my house since my wife was sick.

I want to give a BIG SHOUT OUT to Greg Hymer at Hobson, he sold me my 1st Equinox 2 years ago. And under my circumstances he was yet again able to get me into a 2018!!! This place will sell you a totalled car that's not safe to be on the road and then tell you there's nothing they can do for you. They are liers and thieves. I would rather go to a car lot off of west Washington st.

When you need service, parts or repairor even if you are looking for a new or used vehicle; you are treated like FAMILY. You don't have to worry about being ripped off.
I was so taken by these people, it hearkens back to the service and family atmosphere of 30 years agono joke. I would recommend this place of business to anyone without equivocation. Say hi to Asher while you are there! You won't regret it!!

This place puts the true meaning behind the word SERVICE! Came here because my friend is the service manager but still got more than I came for. I came for a routine service on my pickup truck and the service advisor was not happy with a small noise we heard afterwards. Turns out my Ford truck had a service bulletin and it was a very typical noise that will go away after the oil change. They decided to have me come back the next day go through, change the oil again, new filter and pull the oil pan to check for issues. I offered to pay them again but they wouldn't hear of it.

They went above and beyond the Call of Duty to make sure that I was satisfied in my vehicle was safe for travel. Doesn't matter what brand vehicle you have I would bring it here to Hobson Chevrolet Buick in Martinsville! Incredible team of people here!

I was in the market for a car for my teenage son. This has been a process that I have been dreading because of the typical stereotype of a car salesman. I am a business owner who has 4 company vehicles and 2 personal vehicles so this is not the first car I have purchased. I have to say that my sales person, Joel Kohen was such a pleasure to work with. I also spoke with the sales manager and the finance guy and can only rave about my experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a new or used vehicle!

Well I made the deal over the phone. My sales guy was high on pot or pills. He told me I would be in and out in 15 min, took 2 hours. He was so high he couldn't hardly talk, then he was cursing in the show room in front of several customers. He did show me the secret hiding spot in my truck where I could hide pot if I smoked. After telling me my carfax was clean I bought the truck. Got home and noticed the driver door was sagging so I looked up the carfax and my truck had been wrecked. He told me they would fix it and I never heard back from them. Thanks for nothing Chris Somers, smoke another one.

I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy! When I purchased my car the guy claimed that there was nothing wrong with it and that it was never in a wreck and a month after having it noticed MAJOR issues with the car The trunk took in water which ran into the front of the car leaving the passenger side of the back seat soaked and also the floor boards on the passenger sides drenched and leaving a mildew smell in the car The had the door fastened to where it held up for a little bit and then after a couple of weeks the door wouldn't secure and was always opened! Took it back up there to confront them and the sales guy was like "well we just noticed a wreck was listed with this car but we "just" seen it so it must have been reported later" Then later another guy over the car lot had the decency to laugh and say "Well I guess it's the banks problem now." Seriously? Worst car buying experience I have ever had!

Horrible customer service, and I didn't even make it to the dealer ship. Called in to purchase a car, and half way there after alerting them I was 30 min out they said ok come on in, and did the old switcheroo, and said the car had been sold, and that I could check out other vehicles that were twice the price, and half the quality. Do not go to this place for any used car purchases, because after reading these reviews it goes to show how you will only be treated sub-par for services. Letting everyone know about this place, and the mediocre experience. Only good thing from this was that I didn't have to actually go in and deal with such scum people.
