Cory was very friendly & professional, and gave me a ride back home and back to the shop when my car was done. I was charged a great price on an oil change & tire rotation, and got good advice on some other minor things about my car. I will be coming back!

Went in for sure my rear brakes were needing replaced. They came back and reported I don't need brakes they still have plenty of life left. Mind you, they could have had a "done deal" with me. They looked over my system and handed it back to me. No charge.
To me they haven't done anything trying to scam me. I appreciate their help and honesty. They genuinely seem to try to help resolve your mechanical problems.response / report this review -

They told my wife she needed new struts. $750
Her car ran fine but squeaked. I knew it wasn't the struts.
Took it to another shop that was locally owned and operated. $30 link and the squeak was gone.

This shop was recommended by a client. I had a coolant/thermostat issue and the level of service this shop provided goes far beyond any experience I've had with a mechanic/repair shop. Being a BMW owner it can be challenging to find someone you can trust to work on your vehicle that won't charge you an arm and a leg. Brent (the owner) and his team really made an impression with the level of service they provided. The atmosphere at the shop, truly impressive. See a picture I snapped of their bathrooms! Have you seen a repair shop that has this kind of cleanliness! Enough said, I'll be back! 😁

Each time I have been to Greenwood auto Tire I have been extremely pleased with their service. All of the employees are very pleasant and friendly. On top of the great service and employees, it is an extremely clean and welcoming facility. Needless to say, I will continue to bring my vehicles here for a long time. Thanks for the great work!!

As a woman, it is sometimes hard to go to a car maintenance shop because you don’t know a lot about car repair. In my 20+ years of owning a car, I have visited repair shops where I have felt uncomfortable because I am the only woman on the premises, or I felt intimidated because I was being spoken to in words I could not understand.
Thank goodness for Auto Tire Car Care! I have used this car repair and maintenance shop for many years now, and each time I am there, the service is superb and the staff are friendly, polite, and very professional. I have never once felt intimidated or uncomfortable. Any time my car does need work beyond regular maintenance, they treat me with much respect and explain things in a way I can understand them.
They also offer rides if your car will be with them for the day. But if you decide to remain at the store, their waiting room is pretty and clean, with nice bathrooms, and plenty of free refreshments (like coffee, soda, and freshly-popped popcorn).
My cars will never go anywhere else. I hope you give them a chance to show you just how great they are!response / report this review -

Hard to imagine a better local tire and repair shop on Indy's Southside. I've been a loyal customer for over 20 years and have always been treated fairly and with respect. There are plenty of options in this area, but I wouldn't even consider taking my cars anywhere else. You shouldn't either.
