Recently I had to take my car because the “service airbag” likght came on. Parts had to be ordered. I had a loaner car and I was checked a couple of times as to my satisfaction with the loan car. The service desk person was friendly and professional. The experience was good.

Awesome people. Very caring and will listen to your concerns and take care of it. Also, very patient in the many times i had called them to check when the car will be ready. No ifs or buts or excuses. And the work they do is excellent. I always had the belief a car is never the same after an accident, well, not here. Even though i know it was in an accident, it sure does not feel or look like it.

I went there for a specific vehicle in mind. My salesman Terry was great to deal with. The car had a small issue so I spoke to a few departments to get it straightened out. All the staff were friendly and helpful. 5 star dealership

This is the only place that I have ever bought a vehicle! Ann Akemon is amazing and she makes sure that I am taken care of in any way. She goes above and beyond to make sure that all my questions are answered and if she doesn't have what I am looking for she will find it! Would not go anywhere else to buy a vehicle!

I recently had our 2009 Cadillac SRX serviced that we Purchased Used from their sales department. Service and Parts experience on this visit was Exceptional! I had a list of regular maintenance items that need attended to after our summer vacation trip in preparation now for winter. The Service department has always been accommodating to my schedule and communicated estimates for repairs and completion time in a professional manor. Keep up the Great customer service! Bob Poynter GM is a A+++ GM Dealer in the Seymour area. My wife and I recently bought a car used and have bought Cars in the past here. I can say the experience is consistent and positive every time! Great deals and great folks and if you should have a issue after the sale they will do everything they can to help. I have never been disappointed dealing with these folks they are good people!

I've been going to Bob Poynter's service department for almost 15 years and have never been disappointed. The guys always get me what I need and nothing more. They talk things through to make sure I understand everything. It's a little bit of a drive for an oil change but it's worth it to me.

Wow. Had the car we searched for from Greenwood, south side of Indy. Car was immaculate. Salesman was waiting for us at our appointment time. Bought it on site. Negotiation was low key and fair. Drove home with the perfect car within an hour excluding our test drive time. Loved the car and the experience.

Absolutely the best experience I have had working with GM dealer since I've been purchasing vehicles. My sales person, Jeff McIntyre was extremely professional and administered a very low pressure approach and really enjoyed working with the dealer staff as well. They gave me fair price for my trade and were very patient as my wife and I worked through the car purchase process. I would most assuredly recommend this deal to my friends and co-workers.
