I love Capitol City Ford. I have purchased a few cars and this is my 4th truck, a new '17 F-150xl from Capitol City. The showroom was clean and the sales staff cheerful and courteous. This is the second truck I have purchased from Erwin Golden. He is knowledgeable of the product he is selling before and after the sell. After the sell he sat in the truck with me showing me all the features and how to use them. The gentleman that took care of the finance work was awesome and searched several locations getting me the best deal possible. Also your greatest feature at Capitol City Ford is Ed Hamilton! I am not sure of his title, I think maybe New Car Manager. Ed is the most cheerful person and his smile is infectious not to mention his knowledge of his job. All a person has to do is buy 1 car from Capitol City Ford and they will be hooked for all there future vehicle needs.

While the buying experience was fine the delivery was not exactly as promised. The car was not delivered clean or with a full tank of gas as it said it would be by both the salesman and the sales manager. There was work done to replace the a/c compressor and despite my calling and specifically asking that the paperwork and warranty information be given at delivery, these were not done either. As a customer who has bought 3 vehicles from Capital City Ford, I expect that what I am told is what is delivered. Not sure I will be buying here again.

Had a great experience at Capitol City Ford. Felt like Eddie gave me a great deal on a 2016 F150 4X4 Super cab. Absolutley love it..Harold was kind enough to take care of the addition of a remote start and diamond gloss finish i wanted for my new truck. He came and picked me up when it was ready to roll. Took me back and introduced me to Terry in the service department then gave me a tour of the facility.Colt was great also handling the warranty on my new purchase.All and all a very comfortable experience. I like doing business with what i feel are honest helpful people. Thumbs up to Capitol City Ford.Ill be recommending these guys to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Mark was great. He let me shop around the lot wasn't pushy or try to sales pitch me. when I was ready to ask questions and to test drive he was ready. Ryan was a hoot yet professional, he answered all my questions about the banks and payment options. He even double check to find me a better deal. Thanks guys

I was EXTREMELY satisfied with these guys. I ended up going there on a whim after putting in an inquiry on a 2017 Fiesta ST. Been dreaming of that car for two years, wishing I could get my hands on it. These guys bent over backwards to get me financed and get me on the road with the dream car I wanted.

The whole experience took maybe 90 minutes. It was my first ever car buy from a dealer. They gave me what I wanted for my trade, which I was not expecting when I shot them a figure. I don't have the proper words to express how happy I am about it. Seriously, I can see my ST sitting in the parking lot at work and I end up getting slightly distracted at work staring at it.

I like to think they can help you find your dream car too. If you're hesitating, give them a call, send an e-mail, take a shot. They're good people who want to help you out. They'll be hearing from me in the future whenever my next car purchase happens.

Just bought a 2014 Ford Fusion from Gene at Capital City Ford. Gene is a great guy, very low key, and his wife's chocolate chip cookies are amazing. They did everything to get me my deal, not theirs. It was such a great experience I practically forgot I was on a car lot. I highly recommend Capital City Ford.

Capitol City Ford has an awesome team handling all areas of the business. I have had experience with the body shop, Service department, and most recently the sales department. They always handle every need with superior customer service no matter what the issue. I would recommend Capitol City Ford over the Ford dealerships any day.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Purchased my 1st vehicle there in 2011 and now a 2nd one in 2017. Professional, yet down-to-earth staff. I don't take it anywhere else for service because the team is so unbelievably helpful. I have never felt as though they are trying to up-sell me on anything.

It was difficult to get the vehicle I was looking for. They did not understand the towing capability of a truck. It took over a week to find a truck and negotiate the price even though it was sitting right there on the lot. The salesman gave me one price and then when I went in to sign the paperwork the manager tried to charge me almost $2k more. I finally got the truck somewhere around the price that was quoted to me but not without a lot of trouble. Not happy about not getting the 6 month trial subscription from Sirius that I was told that I would get, the radio does not support satellite. Here again, they should pay more attention to what they are selling to the customer. Overall, not very happy with the dealership this time. This is the second vehicle that I have bought from them.

Our experience was excellent. We dropped in on a Saturday morning just to see what kind of trucks they had and we drove a brand new truck home a couple of hours later. We purchased a brand new F250 and the salesman was a pleasure to work with and the finance manager was very pleasant and worked with us to get our payment where we needed it. I would highly recommend Capitol City Ford to any of my friends and family!

My experience was a very positive one during my visit. Salesman Gene did a great job getting me the perfect vehicle. I originally stopped in to check out a Ford Escape and was a bit unsure if I was truly set on that model after taking it for a test drive. The vehicle looked and drove great but it just wasn't quite the right fit for me. Gene asked a few questions and told me that he had something on the lot that might fit better with what I described as important to me before leaving to get another vehicle for me to test drive. He came back with a Ford Edge and it turned out to be exactly what I was looking for! The following financing process was very worry free and they were all very accommodating as this was my very first time financing a vehicle.

Gene even went the extra mile and had another store associate help me get my current vehicle home since I was not trading it in so that I would not have to make a second trip back just to fetch my old SUV!

A few days have passed since I purchased my vehicle and the Ford Edge has been absolutely perfect. Great job Capitol City Ford!

My experience was very positive. The salesman let me take a long test drive of the 2010 Ford Explorer I was interested in. We took a city and expressway drive to get a good feel for the vehicle and it's handling. My salesman, John, was very knowledgeable with the vehicle equipment and extras that comes with the Eddie Bauer package. We came to terms pretty quickly and I put a down payment on the SUV. I did go and look at a couple other dealers that evening and Capital City Ford was the best deal I found. I brought my wife back the next day and purchased the vehicle. Also, they went the extra mile and had the vehicle professionally detailed before I arrive the next day. Three days after owning my new (used) Ford Expedition I love it.
