Terrible service. My mother's soup was cold and the manager yelled at her when she complained. My dad and uncle got food poisoning and the manager called them liars. We got cold soup and raw chicken and the manager was outright mean. Terrible service

as of today I WILL NEVER order from them again!!!they have a new way of cooking and the delivery drivers are nice but can't tell you much if your food is messed up,besides "I have orders,just call them"!!the lady on the phone was Rude!!All my years in customer service and I would Never let someone hear my frustration over the phone!not a friendly greeting or "can you help fix my order" call At ALL!!!!

Today was my first time ordering, and I ordered delivery. I don’t eat meat so I got sweet and sour shrimp. The shrimp tasted mushy, the dough tasted raw. I also got shrimp fried rice and a egg roll. The shrimp in the rice tasted old and had a bad fishy smell to it. The egg roll also tasted old and the shrimp in it tasted old and mushy. There was a lot of grease on the food. I will never order from them again!!!!

I literally just ordered of the twlwpohone and it was the worst service ever. I worked at a Chinese place where people call in orders and I have never done any of the following: didn't ask if I wanted anything more (which I did), didn't ask for address I had to remind him, told him I was paying by card he said "oh man. Ugh hold on." And when I asked when it would get here he said "I don't know I don't drive." Last time ordering from here.

I wish can give this restaurant 0 stars because this is horrible customer service. I order two 8 pc wings combo and both came with a can soda. They forget to give us the can sodas and when I called them back the lady said she would call the driver. We waited for another 30 mins and I called them again but this time the delivery person answered and again I told him they forget to bring us our canned drinks so, he said he would give us 5 free drinks and that he'll put the order towards our address. So we waited for an hour and 11pm came. No one brought us our drinks, I feel like I've been lied too and this is terrible customer service. I've bee nice, respectful and never gave them attitude this is just ridiculous! I will never order here again. This will never bring customer back if they keep doing this. I would know because I work in a fast-food restaurant.

I went here once, and once was enough. The food was substandard. The eggrolls were distasteful and the shrimp with lobster sauce was bland. Those are two staples of Americanized Chinese food that should be a safe bet. They got it all wrong.

I will not go there again.

I have lived in the area and ordered for many years . I ordered spicy shrimp and garlic sauce.There were fried shrimp in a sauce which means the shrimp was soggy and so salty! that I couldn't eat it. My order was delivered so I just wanted to call to let the owner know. He did offer me a refund and I had to bring the food back up there. I told him I didn't want a refund I just wanted to let them know. he was rude cussing at me and hung up the phone. Please put them out of business and don't order from them!

I'm surprised they are not closed down by now because there food is not good at all. We have tried them aleast four times in the past six years even my husband didn't finish his food and he don't believe in wasting anything.
