  I always order the hot open Turkey plate with french fries. It's always my favorite and always excellent. In the summer in nice weather, you can order out and take your food to the tables next-door to eat by the water fountain and beautiful flowers.

  Absolutely atrocious staff! First the new guy behind the counterwhen I was picking up a large order for the holiday and told him i needed extra russian, etc his rude response was "what's with the need for extra dressings"? Really? I'm not the only one eating.. you can't afford extra dressing on the side?!
  
  Then the NEW horrible manager Artie is a snide rude POSafter spending a fortune for holiday dinner take out and inquring about pickles on the side his nasty condenscending response of "we don't give away free food" was disgraceful
  
  And last but not least the rude obnoxious girl at the front where you payas I am reading the receipt literally just pulls it out of my hand to ring me upreally? NEVER againas close as this location is to me I will go out of my way to drive the distance elsewhere and not step foot in here againHorrible.

  The lean brisket came with a nice lean black hair, never going back, too expensive and that was disgusting.

  Have been coming here for years. Love the food and the service is excellent too. In my opinion there is no better deli on Long Island!

  My kids are not good eaters, but will eat matzoh ball soup & sandwiches with ease here! Love Ben's!
  
  The rating on here is for the establishment as a restaurant (food, service). People should leave politics out of it! Smh. Giving a low rating unrelated to the food quality should be void.

  Pricey; but SO delicious! Best spot for Kosher eats hands down. The meat is high quality and well worth spending a couple of extra shekels!

  Bens is great!!! People not showing up for work, especially unannounced or preapproved, not great. I'd fire them too. I'll eat there more often now!!!
