Sadly the Beat is no longer with us, but it was a great place to drink beer, eat, have a coffee, and read fanzines

    GET COFFEE HERE!!!

The staff was so nice here. The last time I was in I had lost my voice and has a slight cold. The girl behind the counter made me a super rad mixture of teas to sooth my throat. A really unique setting that's a nice break from all of the Fremont noise!

I took my car here for an oil change. They looked at me like i was stupid. The coffee was good, though.

Hip place where tech and art meet. Good coffee and at night a kewl bar set up. Need vinyls? They got em. All kinds. Check em out.

First and foremost I'd like to say that the actual theme of the place is cool, funky, laid back. However the second any of the young girls behind the counter greet you, you realize that the cool groovy atmosphere is a facade ran wild by millennials. In a city like Vegas where hospitality is key. This place has missed the mark. As a many time over restaurant manager, maybe I'm slightly bias. However, it's my belief that this place could shine with a proper staff (who actually acknowledge their customers and are grateful to have them). 40 minutes turnover time for a 6 min sandwich. No eye contact when you talk to your customer. Come on guys, step it up.

Very original and stylish coffee shop with plenty of coffee, tea and deliciously looking food to choose from. The vinyl shop inside is a cool addition and the place has all sorts of events every day. The coffee tastes really good.
