Good service and nice people. They give me a good trade in on my car more then the last two places i went too and a good deal on the new one i bought. They got free coffe and Donuts while you wait. I wasn't there all day like most dealerships. I was done in no time. Sells guy was Scott

Very DISAPPOINTED with my last experience. I was told by the service person that my battery in my three year old expensive Impala should’ve lasted longer than three years and that structurally something in the battery didn’t look quite right and that I should call gm customer service to try and get reimbursement. I eventually spoke to a senior advisor whom told me she spoke with Doug and they didn’t confirm what the service advisor told us. A battery in an expensive car shouldn’t go st three years. The fact this story wasn’t confirmed makes me not want to buy anymore gm cars and especially from Doug when they don’t even tell the gm customer service what they told my husband and I when we picked up the car.

Came here to buy a 2014 Cadillac CTS. Would not even deal with me on the sticker price. Also gave me a bad deal on my trade in. I left there the same day and went to Taylor Cadillac dealership in Toledo Ohio and purchased the same car, same year, etc with more options and half the mileage than the one at Doug Chevrolet. The one I purchased at Taylor Cadillac had a sunroof,navigation, and only half the miles Than the one at Doug Chevrolet And I purchased it for the same price. Taylor Cadillac also gave me a much better deal on my trade in and was willing to deal to sell their car. Much better deals and better customer service at Taylor Cadillac. Before buying at Doug Chevrolet, check with Taylor Cadillac in Toledo Ohio.

Went into the location to test drive a vehicle but this vehicle was on the showroom floor so I set an appointment to come back and drive it. Between those days I was contacted several times confirming my interest in the vehicle. Come test drive morning they called to confirm the test drive. On my way I called to confirm the car was out of the showroom and ready only to be told they did not allow test drives on those vehicle types. After going back and forth I was told I would be able to come test drive it only to find out the vehicle was sold the prior weekend not sure why people are calling to confirm a test drive on a vehicle that they don't allow test drives on and that also wasn't even there. Needless to say I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Very disappointed with the honesty of the financing personnel. I have worked in the financial services industry for quite sometime and I know how the system works. My mother bought a vehicle and was offered nowhere near a respectable interest rate. The financing personnel took advantage of the lack of knowledge and provided her with an industry high rate. She has excellent, top tier credit and was still provided a astronomical rate for a 2016 vehicle. Seems as though they prey on women and customers who quite frankly don't know any better. This makes me question the entire integrity of this dealer group. I am open to a solution to rectify the situation but until then this review will be remain and I will spread the word about this establishment.

The folks a Doug Chevrolet are always helpful and friendly. I take my car there for service and maintenance and they make sure to keep me updated on the progress of my car.

Repair was completed in a very timely fashion and even my high top conversion van was washed afterwards. Service intake personnel were extremely friendly and highly professional. I have had service on my vehicles done here quite a few times and they are always proficient. I will have service done here again in the future.

From beginning to end it was a good almost great experience. The Service advisor was attentive and knowledgeable. Once I informed her that my truck was my pride and joy she assured me that it would be carefully taken care of and it was. The oil change was moderately priced as was the quick detailed wash. I want to guard my investment in my truck and will return again for oil changes and cleaning.
