  Eric was phenomenal. We couldn’t reach a deal today however I still highly recommend this dealership. No high pressure, very courteous staff. Definitely a 5 star rating hands down!!!!

  From the moment you walk into this delearship, the team does a remarkable job of ensuring an exceptional experience. We had the pleasure of meeting several of their friendly employees during our visit. We worked specifically with Floyd who worked relentlessly to ensure we left happy and with the vehicles we wanted. While it was my first time at the dealership, it was my Fiancé’s fourth. Some of the employees there recognized him and didn’t hesistate to stop over to catch up and say hello; this is something I witnessed multiple employees doing through out the day with other customers as well. Buying a new vehicle elicits a range of emotions, but I will most certainly be back to experience them with the team at Serpentini in Orville. I highly recommend visiting their dealership and letting them help put you in your new vehicle.

  Best no stress customer service experience my wife and i ever had. Even after we left the dealership they still amazed me by picking my wife's new car up at the house and dropping of a loaner when we had some add on stuff installed. What other dealership does that? I will be buying my next vehicle from them.

  I would recommend Matt Matjunas to anyone looking for a great experience when it comes to buying either a new or used car. He was super friendly and extremely helpful with getting me to where I needed to be in order for me to walk out the door the same day with a vehicle that I'm absolutely obsessed with. He has even checked to make sure everything was alright with my purchase the next day and has made himself available for any questions I may have. Highly recommend the dealership as well as they have a wide variety of vehicles.

  Eric was a great and knowledgeable salesman. Explained everything on a Ford F-150 that I test drove. Little did I know I was getting that truck as a surprise from my wife. Nice job keeping the secret guys. Great experience and the GM Jason Anderson will make sure your taken care of. A very interactive atmosphere the whole dealership is great. I'll conduct all my business here for years to come. My wife was impressed with how organized and quickly the financing and paperwork part of the buying was done. Everyone at Serpentini that we dealt with was professional and treated us like family.

  Got taken for a ride at this place. Bought a 2005 Toyota 4 runner with 97000 miles on it. Looked to be in very good condition and good price. Brought it in to get PA inspection today and found out struts are bad, tail pipe is broken off muffler, oh and radiator can't be bolted to frame because it is so rusted out. So bottom line they are crooks because the extended warranty they sold me covers none of this. CROOKS

  Unlike other dealers who promise the moon and Sun these guys deliver. They dragged my credit through the mud but I couldn't be happier, got the truck we wanted and the interest rate that was very good. And they rolled over the negative equity into it all. Definitely earned repeat business. Make sure you ask for Ray. He'll take good care of you.

  I had an unexpected issue with my truck on the day I was moving out of my house. I showed up at Serpentini without an appointment and explained what was going on. Joe from the excellent service department was able to get my truck in immediately. They quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue and had me back on the road in no time. That's why I choose Chevy and that's why Serpentini is my dealership of choice.

  I highly recommend Serpentini Orrville! John Conley is a great salesman to work with! He's extremely friendly and helpful and able to close a deal.
