We have purchased quite a few vehicles from Medina Auto Mall and it's predecessor over the years. We have always been treated with respect, and the staff has always been honest and upfront.
The location itself is convenient to I-72 and is located just outside Medina itself.
The service department has taken fantastic care of those vehicles on the rare occasion we've needed them, and we've even used the knowledgeable parts staff for other vehicle needs.
Overall, I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for either a new or used vehicle. The selection, quality, and care of their vehicles matches the great staff as well.response / report this review -

My experience with Medina Auto Mall was fantastic. Travis Styers made this car buying experience easy, fast and painless just as I like it. A couple of emails back and forth and one phone call was all it took to get me in a new 2017 300S. I came in and signed the paperwork and in 20 minutes out the door. Fast and efficient. Very Impressed with Travis and will bring my family business here.

The service department totally blew me off.
I brought my car in to have the rear sub-frame replaced (which should have been fixed the last time they had it) they told me they would have the part in five days. For the next two weeks I tried to get in touch with them to no avail Finally I got in touch with someone who told me "You are on our list. We'll call you when we get the part."
It has now been over five weeks and I still haven't been able to reach anyone nor has anyone at their department tried to reach me. This is completely ridiculous.response / report this review -

"Coach" is a good dude. Sell of the car went fast. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Just make sure your car is clean the way you like it when you buy a new car. I had to take it back for a proper cleaning. But I would still buy another car from them.

Typical car dealership. Had to go find my own car. Handed me the key and said "you can bring it up". Really? Fine. It was in the way back. Glad I can drive or I would have been knocking brand new cars around. Got to test drive by myself. I was granted permission to take it home to show my wife. When I returned, I waited for 45 minutes while the salesperson dealt with another client. That's alright. I understand. Then I was hurried through paperwork to be rushed out the door with ridiculous payment numbers. Dismissed in 5 minutes. Is there any car dealership worth your time? I'm losing hope.

They charged me for a rental car, when they said it would be free. I purchased a 2014 Jeep Cherokee latitude from them and it runs so dry on oil that the car stalls out, while driving, every 2,500 miles. They keep insisting that nothing is wrong with the vehicle.

The faculty was awesome. I dealt with Travis. He did an awesome job finding me a vehicle and the dealership did an awesome job working with the banks to get me as low of payments as possible. I would recommend this dealership!

Dealt with Steve Caruso on my wife's new truck. Very pleasurable experience. Steve is the nicest car salesman I have every meet. If he is not there, wait tell he gets back. He does everything to make sure you are satisfied. Yes I would deal with him again.
