Check in was easy and quick. Breakfast was more than I expected fresh scrambled eggs, sausage patties, hash browns, a waffle maker to make yourself a fresh waffle and a variety of coffee drinks and hot cocoa.

I am literally happy that there was a gym with weights. I stayed at this hotel for five days. Every three days housekeeping cleans your room so be sure to know that. Their breakfast meat varies each day. One day it was sausage patties then it was sausage dogs. The staff is friendly. There's artwork for sell in the first floor, which I enjoy looking at when I pass by. It costs to do laundry though since there are only two machines for guests. The shower runs a bit light. Overall, not a bad experience. I only took pictures of the gym since I'm a bit of a workout enthusiast.

The staff was very polite and courteous. Our room was clean and spacious. The hotel was in a very convenient location to mall shopping and dining.

Update Sofa Beds.. Suites with pullout sofa should have proper cushion mattress. Guest can't sleep on pillow tops with springs pressing through from beneath.

Typical amenities though plenty of hot food and hot beverage choices. The rooms were clean but carpet needed deep cleaned. Much art in the hallways that was for sale.

other than being colder than we would prefer everything went well. convenient location, allowed us to have the kind of room we wanted on the first floor, and was affordable

Room was very clean, I think they have improved their cleaning practices since the previous reviews. Breakfast was excellent, lots of variety and super fresh. Would definitely recommend!!

Nice hotel, it was close to lots of different places to eat, had USB chargers in the room, big bonus. Clean sheets, bathroom, and just generally clean overall. Quiet at night, and cool art work to buy in the hallways.

My stay went well. Room was clean and comfortable. Walls are a bit thin, but overall good hotel. Also, the breakfast was not bad. I would definitely stay here again.

I booked two rooms for family that came from Mexico to shop over the holidays. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The entire hotel has been remodeled and very modern. The hotel is located across the street from the Tucson Mall so it was very convenient for family members to come and go. I will use them again!
