Incredibly friendly staff, our room was spacious with a comfortable bed. We had a couple of small issues, the clerk at the front desk unfortunately was unable to honor the $20.00 self parking from when I booked the room. The hotel is now valet only at $35 per night. Also the door to the bathroom didn't open all the way due to bad, or no planning after they had replaced the toilet with a different one. They really need a "pocket door" that slides into the wall. We enjoyed our stay and hopefully will return.

Hotel location is wonderful and the view is perfect. The rooms are large and well appointed. The bathroom is awkward because the door can't fully open. It bangs against the toilet bowl. I understand the style & shape has changed since the room was designed and that's the reason it doesn't fit. However, the bathroom is small to begin with and the door makes it very inconvenient. THANK YOU for being pet friendly. Everyone was friendly to our dogs and made sure we felt welcome. The parking fee of $35/night was a very unpleasant surprise since when we booked the hotel, they offered free parking. All of the staff was professional and helpful.

Great location! Room was good size, beds comfy. Bathrooms are small though. Ate breakfast in dining room at buffet. Nice selection of food. Server was attentive.

The Double Tree was the perfect place to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. They were by far the nicest pet friendly hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms were large with comfortable beds and pillows. The free shuttle to main street was convenient and reliable. I was overall extremely satisfied with our experience.

Breakfast was horrible. Didn't replenish buffet, food was cold, took 25 min to cook an omelet when the place was pretty much empty. Flies in the food. Parking was not great. Required to valet park so every time I needed to get my bike or anything else out of the car I had to wait for valet staff. Valet staff were the best with customer service out of all the staff there. They were just understaffed. Only 1 or 2 guys working at busy times so there was always a wait for the car.
Everything seemed to be a perpetual wait. Probably wasted 2 hrs of my 24 hr stay just waiting for staff. From front desk to marketplace to valet. Literally everything was a wait.
Room was fantastic l Loved that they have O2 available and humidifier in the room to help acclimate to the altitude and conditions.

Don't believe the other ratings If you want the truth, here is is If I could give them no stars, I would, this has to be the absolute worse hotel I have ever stayed at in my 51 years of life. In fact, I normally don't even write reviews. But this hotel, is not only antiquated, but it is down right filthy, you can smell the dirt, see the dirt, feel the dirt. On top of that, my wife and I made our way down to the restaurant at 9pm, as we arrived late from our travels, and was told they would only be serving at the bar, and we had only 15 minutes to eat. All literature stated that the restaurant closed at 10 pm. I would not recommend this hotel. I have stayed at Motel 8's that are notches above this place.

I have to say this was the best experience my wife and I have ever had at a hotel together or separate. Everything from the valet to the 9600 kitchen down to the general front office staff was just exceptional. This place treated us better than any place has before. Places that cost 2-3 times as much can learn from this place. We live in Denver and will be making this place a regular stop for us. I can't say enough about this place!!!!!

My husband & I have stayed here several times over the past few years & we absolutely love the friendly staff. The rooms have always been clean, the beds are comfortable. This is also the most kid & pet friendly we have ever stayed at. The restaurant inside the hotel does have a smaller menu, but the food and service is great. We love staying here & will continue to come back.

Good experience, great staffrooms could use some updates and the whole thing could use a good cleaning. Overall, great for the price! The staff makes it worth a visit!

We're in town for a wedding and have no regard for the great ski convenience. I've been in many other nice hotels with larger bathrooms, more amenities, etc and frankly don't care about those things if service is subpar. While the Doubletree building is a little tired and hallway to the elevator seems long, the ensemble effort by the entire staff was simply amazing. The front desk to the restaurant to valet to housekeeping never ceased to amaze with stellar hospitality!

AMAZING! Irina, I can NOT Thank you ENOUGH!!! Not only did you save my day, I made it to the wedding on time. :) Sadly 40 minutes before a wedding I was attending, I noticed that the "ink tag"on my dress had Not been removed from my sales associate back home. I was in a TOTAL PANIC!! Irina at the front desk drove me around the city of Breckenridge to see if we could find a store that could remove the ink tag. We had no luckhowever we ended up in a Sheek Boutique, where I was able to find a dress for the wedding, I was attending. Irina went ABOVE AND BEYOND her Front Desk Manager Duties to help out a complete stranger. I am SO Thankful to her for her Kindness, and her Big Heart!! Thank you!

Understanding that location is everything, that part, they have nailed. Literally across the street from the lift. Apart from location it really feel short for me given the price.

$30 a day to valet. $23 for the breakfast buffet and rooms that are average at best, really left me wanting more. Walls are paper thin, you can here everything from the room next door and I mean everything!
