Perfect location in Vail for ski in ski out. Small family owned boutique hotel located within walking distance of great dining. Chris and Jamie were extremely helpful during our last stay. We plan on coming back in February and maybe again in March. The hotel is clean and comfortable. They only server breakfast so if you are looking for a hotel with in house and in room dining this is not for you. Most rooms have a little kitchenette with a sink and cabinets but you won't be able to cook anything in the room. We made sandwiches in the room some days for lunch but mostly ate out for lunch and dinner. It's Vail for God's sake, you shouldn't be hanging out in your room anyway. Great hotel for skiers. The owners dog Speedy hangs out in the lobby and even rides the elevator by himself. The owners live up on the 5th floor. Improvements were being made to the outdoor area and hot tub when were there in November so we look forward to seeing the new digs next time. The Tivoli has reciprocal use of the Vail Vitality Center. I was able to go to several classes and use the steam room and other facilities. For a boutique hotel in Vail you can't beat the Tivoli.

We LOVE Tivoli Lodge. We come every year to celebrate our anniversary. The rooms are immaculate, the view from the rooms are amazing, and the staff is very helpful. Why go anyplace else.

Pretty classy. Perfect labor day getaway. Probably a fantastic ski lodge, too. Cozy rooms, but really, it's the location. Just too good.

Very nice hotel. Loved the place. Great views of Gals ski resort. Rooms are clean and furnished nice. Staff is kind, helpful and friendly. Parking is very limited so it is best to pay for valet parking. Lots of the local restaurants are in walking distance. Pet friendly hotel and atmosphere in Val.

This hotel was amazing! Wonderful staff, Centrally located to Vail Village and a Great Breakfast Buffet! Met one of the owners and he was the nicest person ever! We loved it so much we extended our stay! Next time I'm in Vail I will make sure to stay at the Tivoli!

I adored the Tivoli from the first time I stayed there last fall. Came back a second time to do a personal retreat in the summer and had a lovely time. On my way home, someone from the front desk called me to tell me that I had forgotten some supplements and that they would send them. I gave them my address and thought "wonderful, they're going to take care of everything and what amazing customer service." Wrong. I got a call a few days later asking for my credit card number so they could ship the vitamins out. It took me two weeks to actually get someone on the phone to give them my credit card number. I then waited another two weeks but no supplements. Called back a second time and gave my credit card number again. Waited. No supplements. Called a third time and spoke to a manager and I'm still waiting.

As soon as we got to the hotel, the people were nice and there was no hassle at the front desk. Our room was verry nice and cozy. We had a beautiful veiw and a balcony to stand on. The hot tubs were nice and warm. The best part to me was the free bikes to take around town. Overall it was a great hotel and i really enjoyed it.

Amazing place!! Perfect location for skiing. Also amazing to get to other shops!! The breakfast is amazing!! I mostly enjoy Speedy the dog.

We had our daughters wedding in Vail the first part of December and had most of the guests stay at The Tivoli Lodge . Absolutely the best experience we could have asked for. The entire team was excellent :))) So helpful and love the owners dog :))

A favorite of ours. We've stayed here multiple times. By far one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. Get the mountain view with a fireplace for a peaceful getaway. Family owned and feels like it, but still high quality. They now require your to use valet service because of a problem they had last year it so.
