Good option near the airport! The shuttle is a great amenity and the shuttle driver even took me to a local drugstore since they don't have a shop at the hotel. I stayed in June (100+ degree weather) and the ice machines worked, the pool was open and the AC in my corner suite worked. Very important 😀 The cookie at check-in is a great touch too.

Great place to stay if you want to have easy access and short distance to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and Downtown Phoenix. The Light Rail to downtown is just a block away short walk. The Suites are very clean, comfortable, luxurious and huge! Hot breakfast is free and is served from 6a-9am M-F and 7am-9am Sat-Sun. Free Internet in suites and public spaces as well as free airport shuttle to and fro.

The DoubleTree Suites are located just minutes from the airport. There's a free shuttle around the clock. The room included a front room with a hide-a-bed couch, easy chair, large screen TV, desk/dining table and a kitchenette. There's a sink, microwave, fridge and coffee maker. The bedroom was spacious. There's a wall unit with a full-size closet, a smaller TV, dresser drawers and a dressing table/desk. We had a king bed. There are nightstands on either side. The bathroom has a modern look. There's a hair dryer as well as the usual amenities. I really liked that there is a window by the door and one in the bedroom. The bedroom wall with the window is angled to increase the view. The Belvedere Bar & Restaurant is attached to the hotel, so you don't have to leave the property to have a meal. There's room service and a complimentary breakfast. There are lots of food choices. You even get a cookie when you check in! I look forward to staying there again.

Business suite was a lot of space for just myself for two weeks. Loved the mini wet bar area, the “bigger” mini fridge and also the cupboards for storing snacks and utensils. Cleanliness was up to par and staff was friendly and welcoming. I liked the attention to details the hotel did such as the cigarette ashtrays, after clearing the old butts they would stamp a flourished print into the sand. Poolside and the landscaping were well maintained and inviting. Very close to the airport but the rooms are well insulated so airplane noise are not heard from inside. Pet friendly hotel. Free hotel shuttle takes you within a two mile radius from hotel. WiFi was sometimes slow and choppy. You are also welcomed with a nice warm chocolate chip cookie!!!

Nice place to stay. Needs an upgrade and the front desk staff were NOT very friendly. We asked if they would give a special deal if we stayed with them while we go to Phoenix every month. Told us, " don't know what to tell you, but we can't help you, go somewhere else to purchase or online if you want a deal". 🤤 The staff for breakfast were great at least!

This hotel is good but very old one. This hotel has two elevators but only one will work.

TV will be available in Living room and Bed room only few channels are available.

Swimming pool is good. Breakfast will be served as complementary.

The staff was nice. All you can eat breakfast buffet was really good. Location wasn't bad either, close to the Airport. I recommend to stay at the Double Tree hotel.

I am a repeat guest at this location. The quality and delivery of service boasts one thing that no other hotel or restaurant has been able to provide: consistency. I get the same great experience every single time from friendly, efficient staff to clean, well appointed rooms. The grounds are gorgeous, the atmosphere peaceful, and the breakfast is perfect. Keep up the great work!

My husband and I had a great stay here! Upon check in we were given two warm cookies (they had nuts). The check in lady was kind. We stayed in a king sized suite and it was amazing! It had a kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom. It was very similar to a condo. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The pillows not so much, but the bed was awesome. There is a decent pool, continental buffet breakfast, and a small gym (mostly free weights and cardio). It was convent to the 202, 51, and the 10.

The shuttle service was great to and from the airport. Front desk customer service was top-notch. The room was clean and spacious. Free cookie and bottles of water. Doesn't get much better for a quick overnight stay.

Good hotel close to the airport and many attractions. Like many hotels that focus on mostly business customers, the hotel room decor has become a little dated. But outside of that the hotel is quite good. The breakfast downstairs is okay and the restaurant and bar is actually quite nice and the food is good.
Also the pool is open late so business guests can come in and soak in the hot tub after a long day of meetings, or you can swim. If you have kids like me, the shallow end is quite shallow so some that are still learning to swim can touch the bottom.

Great hotel near the airport. Nothing fancy, but everything feels like it's done right. From the complementary breakfast buffet, to the pool, to the nicely appointed rooms. You can't go wrong with this place.

Nice place to stay, close to work. Decent price for suites. It's a little older but well kept. Complimentary breakfast buffet is good, not fancy but good. Rooms stay cold enough for me when it's hot out, but I haven't been here in July either.

Great suite, great service, room was very clean. Couch/pullout bed was ROUGH, but softer than the concrete outside. All in all tho, great spot. Will be back next year for spring baseball!
